A new & modern 2 room apartment next to water

A new & modern apartment next to water. I myself live in the apartment and rent it out when I am on a business trip or traveling. There is a big balcony with grill and chairs with table for breakfast. Nordhavn is a new and modern area in Copenhagen. There is an area for swimming, sun bathing and even floating sauna. 300meters to a metro stop (Orientkaj stop). It takes 10min to the city center by metro and 15min by bicycle. Walking distance to Østerbro (old neighborhood with cafées, restaurants)

The Guesthouse is located close to everything, which makes it easy to plan your visit. It's close to the sea, harbour and beach. The bathing pier 'Sneglen' is well-known on Amager. A beautiful walk on the paths leads you to the possibility of renting various equipment for water sports or other facilities fx mini golf. Besides this you can find supermarked within only 3 minutes walk. The Guesthouse is close to Dragør, the Airport, Christiania and Copenhagen City (including Nyhavn).

Vores lejlighed ligger i et skønt familievenligt område i gå afstand til centrum. Den ligger lige ud til Københavns Havn, som er meget ren og hvor københavnerne bader om sommeren. Her er ingen trafik, da det er for enden af en vej og her er ikke fester og larm, som i den gamle del af Islands Brygge. Med byens gangbroer og cykel broer er du tæt på byen og alligevel lidt tilbagetrukket. Lejligheden er bygget i 2018 og er lys og moderne indrettet med alt hvad du skal bruge.

Right at the harbour on Islands Brygge this flat is located just 15 minutes Walk to City center, Tivoli and Main station. My home is a Wonderful 126 square meter flat in an old charming Building with all modern facilities, cable tv, wifi, washing machine. The apartment consists of 5 rooms - a big kitchen/diner with espresso machine, 3 bedrooms, a lounge with a large couch and a computer/work desk. The bathroom is renovated with luxourious shower equipment.

Luxurious 168m2 family friendly apartment with beautiful Copenhagen view. 2 bath rooms and 2 balconies. Unique central placement: 15 min walk to the city town hall & to Tivoli. The harbour bus has a stop 5 min from the apartment, the metro station (Islands Brygge) is 10 min. walk away. You can swim in the harbour just outside the window and there is also a really nice beach also just 5 min walk away. Best possible area when visiting Copenhagen.
