Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Copenhagen Municipality

We had an amazing stay in Copenhagen. The apartment was in a great location just outside of the city center-very near to the train station. Our girls loved playing with Molly, the cat.

This place is incredible and in an amazing location. Our favorite parts were the blackout curtains (necessary with two kids!), the walkability to everything, and the beautiful artwork in the property! Host made sure we knew where things were and made us feel very welcome.

We recently spent 4 nights in this apartment during our first ever stay in Copenhagen. My husband and I travelled with our 3 children (2yrs-8yrs old). The apartment is a great size with plenty of room to spread out! We loved the high ceilings, big windows and the airy and fresh feel to the apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped allowing us to cook several times during our stay and there were some local shops nearby to stock up on groceries. Some of the bedrooms in the apartment face onto a fairly busy road which meant having to keep windows shut at night to reduce the noise - but once they were shut the apartment overall is very quiet. This did however mean that the smaller bedroom became quite warm overnight with no windows open. The apartment is in a great location within the city. I am a keen runner and there are some beautiful paths along the lakes literally opposite the apartment and our kids loved the park opposite which has 2 fab playgrounds. We would definitely return!

Had a lovely stay in Copenhagen at Storm’s apartment. Entire apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived. The balcony had a beautiful view of the city. The surrounding neighborhood is filled with amazing restaurants, cafes, bars, and nightlife (if that’s your thing). Very close to the metro, so it made getting around Copenhagen very easy. Overall, an extremely comfortable and great stay at Storm’s apartment. The only downside is that we couldn’t stay longer!!!

Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig, aber dennoch zentrumsnah, im obersten Stock eines historischen Altbaus, der als Bürogebäude genutzt wird. Die Lage ist ideal für die Erkundung der Stadt und auch für ein AirBnB, weil es keine sonstigen Mitbewohner im Haus gibt, die sich durch ständig neue Gäste gestört fühlen könnten. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein ausgebautes Büro-Loft. Sie ist sehr hell und gemütlich eingerichtet, wir haben uns mit unserer Familie dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind eher klein aber bequem und praktisch, die Betten waren sehr komfortabel.

Todella ystävällinen majoittaja, sisäänkirjautuminen onnistui helposti ja joustavasti ja asunto oli viihtyisä. Erittäin rauhallinen sijainti, josta on helppo liikkua bussilla, metrolla tai polkupyörällä.

Tive uma ótima estadia neste Airbnb! O ambiente é muito aconchegante e bonito, ideal tanto para relaxar quanto para trabalhar. A internet é rápida e estável, perfeita para quem precisa trabalhar remotamente. A localização também é excelente — a estação de metrô fica a menos de 5 minutos a pé, o que facilita muito o deslocamento pela cidade. O apartamento oferece várias facilidades, incluindo uma academia no prédio, o que foi um grande diferencial. Fica bem próximo ao Superkilen Park, onde há cerejeiras lindas que tornam o passeio ainda mais especial, especialmente na primavera. A região tem muitos restaurantes nas redondezas, embora a maioria seja de culinária árabe — seria ótimo ter um pouco mais de variedade. A cozinha do Airbnb é muito bem equipada, com tudo que precisei para preparar refeições. Além disso, há dois mercados bem próximos, o que facilita bastante o dia a dia. No geral, foi uma estadia excelente e certamente recomendaria!

Great location and host was very responsive. Building was very clean and quiet. It was really nice to have somewhere to do laundry in the building. Very positive experience!

We stayed four days at Martin‘s place and absolutely enjoyed our time. The place was super clean, very cozy and equipped with all necessary amenities. :) It was really easy to communicate with Martin and he sent very helpful instructions beforehand explaining well how to reach his place and what to do in the surrounding neighborhood. Two supermarkets are really close by and public transport is easily reachable from his place. We felt right at home and enjoyed our time in Copenhagen. :) Would absolutely recommend Martin‘s place again.

Perfect location! In walking distance to so many restaurants, cafes and bars. Very close to public transport which made it easy to explore other areas. Would recommend staying here!

Super fin lejlighed som vi synes passede perfekt til en familie på 4 (vores børn havde hvert sit værelse) Der var hyggeligt og lejligheden havde alt hvad vi skulle bruge incl. en Playstation som var et hit ved vores søn. Lejligheden ligger i et hyggeligt område meget tæt på indkøb, restauranter, butikker osv men på en stille gade. Der var ingen støj fra gaden eller fra de andre lejligheder hvilket vi nød meget. Lejligheden ligger lige ved en metrostation men vi nyder at gå når vi er på ferie så vi valgte at gå til det hele. Kim var super hjælpsom både før og under opholdet. Vi er meget glade for vi valgte denne lejlighed og bor der gerne igen.

Jess's place was just as advertised. It was very clean and the area is quiet even though there is a big road next to the building. Jess was very helpful whenever we had any questions. He usually meets you in person when you come to check in. The apartment had everything you need to cook a meal. We would definitely recommend Jess's place . We would surely stay here again.

This amazing, newly renovated flat is in a fantastic location, surrounded by great restaurants, cozy cafés, and charming bakeries—perfect for exploring the local vibe. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was super easy and reliable, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

Modern apartment, clean and nicely furnished with large bathroom and very comfortable bed. Massi was very easy to communicate with and super helpful, attending promptly to our needs and requirements. We highly recommend Messi’s apartment.

A lovely apartment in the best part of Copenhagen. The apartment was spacious and well decorated, with a great kitchen and balcony space too. The location is absolutely perfect. We walked almost everywhere, and on occasion caught the metro which was also very convenient and close by. Hosts were very responsive and helpful also :) It is worth mentioning there are a lot of stairs up to the apartment, and no air conditioning (very typical of Danish homes though) so the apartment was quite hot to sleep in during the summer when we visited.

My partner and I stayed at Peter & Julie's Airbnb for the month, working remote from Denmark. It was the perfect space for us including a spacious living area and separate working space. The apartment was very clean and kitchen offered us many options for cooking. The location in Fredericksberg was very central - close to the Lakes and Indre By and very quiet residential area. There were a small handful of grocery stores within biking or short walking distance of us that we frequented. We also appreciated the separate bike parking area for residents that we used frequently. We appreciated Peter and Julie opening their home and felt it was an integral part of positive experience we had in Copenhagen, coming home to a 'hygge' cozy living area after a long day of exploring. They also shared recommendations with us throughout our stay. We hope to be back in Copenhagen in the future!

nous avons séjourné chez Sune et Regitse à personnes et tout c'est très bien passé. des instructions claires, de nombreux conseils, et un logement fidèle aux photos, ainsi que de belles surprises ! Les terrasses, le jardin et la possibilité d'avoir les vélos sont vraiment un atout. les équipements de cuisine sont également appréciables. une belle découverte, je recommande !

Lovely and bright house in a quiet neighbourhood, conveniently located to explore Copenhagen (close to public transport and a 15min metro ride to the city centre). Highly recommend for families with small children. There is also a nice playground at the end of the road. Grocery stores are within walking distance. Sarah very communicative and helpful with any questions we had during our stay.

Wir durften für 2 Wochen zu Gast sein im Haus von Dorte, Lars und Familie. Wir, das heisst 3 Erwachsene und unsere 3-jährige Tochter. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der grosse, komplett eingezäunte Garten mit Pool, Trampolin war ein kleines Paradies für unsere Tochter. Für Papa stand ein toller Gasgrill bereit. Mama und Oma haben es sich auf der sehr schönen Veranda eingerichtet. Rund ums Haus gibt es zahlreiche Sitzmöglichkeiten. Im Haus haben wir alles vorgefunden, was es braucht. Nur ein Badezimmer war etwas knapp. Etwas überrascht waren wir von den kleinen Schlafzimmern. Ausser dem Elternschlafzimmer. 3 Schlafzimmer sind im Obergeschoss und eines im Keller. In Gehweite gibt es diverse gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch die S-Bahn in die Stadt Kopenhagen ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus für Familien sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold! Boligen ligger et godt og roligt sted tæt på Dragør og kbh. Den rummelige bolig og den skønne have gjorde det ekstra behageligt. Gratis parkering var et stort plus. Alt i alt et godt sted, som vi klart kan anbefale!

Spacious upstairs apartment in a leafy and beautiful part of Fredriksberg. The location is fantastic close to the entrance of Fredriksberg Have and with shops & eateries close by. It's only a short walk to the Metro so is well connected for the airport...took us about 30 mins from the airport to the front door. We stayed as a family of 4 for the Marathon weekend and it worked out really well for us. The communication was great and we were made to feel really welcome.

This is a beautiful home and easily accessible to city center in a quiet neighbourhood. You will get to meet the lovely cat Pedro who my group all fell in love with. The place is as described and you have all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

Vi var meget glade for at kunne bo i denne bolig. Den ligger rigtig fint og indretningen er også meget fin. Værterne er meget hjælpsomme og kommunikationen er hurtig og behjælpelig

Vi var 4 voksne som havde en skøn weekend i Julias lejlighed. Dejlig kælder lejlighed. Rent og pænt over alt. Gode senge, sengetøjet var også i top. Fint toilet med brus. Fint køkken med alt til at lave mad. Det eneste vi manglede var æggebære og lidt flere teskeer og det klagede vi også :O) Julia er meget nem at komme i kontakt, skriver hurtige efter vi havde kontaktet hende. Fint og roligt område, nemt at komme ind til København, både med bus og metroen. Indkøb i nærområdet. Vi kommer bestemt tilbage igen. de
