Excellent place to stay, close to restaurants and the beach, quiet place.

The apartment has all the amenities, from utensils to the location itself. The host on a 10/10. Highly recommended!!!! We hope to go back with our family and children.

The apartment is conveniently located, in front of a supermarket, which makes shopping easy. Beach access is safe through the authorized steps. The space is comfortable and equipped for three people, although some kitchen utensils are missing to prepare meals easily. There are several dining options nearby. The laundry is excellent and costs 1,700 pesos, but you have to pay with 500 and 100 (new) coins. Parking is spacious and safe, with the added advantage of being underground, which protects vehicles from the salinity of the environment as it is in a coastal area. As a point for improvement, the presence of the owner's personal belongings, such as clothes, shoes and photographs on the nightstands, can detract from the neutrality of the space. One drawback is the noise from the nearby service center, with road sounds and honking, especially at night. Overall, it's a comfortable and conveniently located option, with good services, although with some details to consider.

Anita & Julio's apartment is as advertised in the photographs. Impeccable bathrooms with liquid soap and a hairdryer in both, well decorated with good towels. The kitchen was fully-equipped, although we couldn't get the oven to work, there was a portable grill. A good balcony with an ocean view. Good TV and streaming service. The environment with a fair at the direct exit to the beach does not seem appropriate for the apartment's level. Mauro was waiting for us and was very kind in responding to our requests. If you like La Herradura, don't hesitate to stay in this apartment where you'll feel at home.

House with good location. The photos match the reality, value according to the place. Large patio to enjoy a barbecue. Laura was attentive to our comfort.

The house is very comfortable and very close to supermarket or to take locomoción. if you are traveling by car, it gives you the beach super close and from there you move wherever you want.

Very good accommodation, Maria always answered our doubts, we felt right at home, family environment, the house met all our expectations, even more so for our 2 sausage pets, who had a large patio. The area where it is located is safe and you can walk to buy bread for breakfast. Very friendly concierge. In short, I recommend 100% this place 👍

We had a great time during our stay, it is a very comfortable house to go with children, it has a very comfortable backyard and front yard that makes the space increase a lot. The house has the basics to enjoy, the value for money is 100%, the neighborhood is far from the beach, which makes it a safe place, without noise, but with access to the beach and downtown in 15 minutes, which worked perfectly for us. We'll be back for sure.

The house is very comfortable and is as shown in the images. The environment is very quiet, perfect for those who want to disconnect, the host was always available to answer our questions and provide help. They must be clear that it is necessary to move to Coquimbo, Totoralillo, Guanaqueros, Tongoy or Serena to find a beach. Transfers between 5 to 15 minutes depending on the traffic

Fully recommended place, quiet and with an unbeatable sunset view. The hostess is very kind, clear and always responds to your messages. The apartment has everything you need for the newspaper, parking, heating and the best is that it is petfriendly. I would definitely go again.

The apartment is very well equipped (with quality furniture) and was super clean. What's more, it's very well located, right on the Avenida del Mar. Communication with Jaime was very good, always willing to help. The information was very clear from the beginning. The only thing I would recommend (to improve) would be to change the curtains and install blackout ones, since at night the rooms were very bright because the apartment is on the first floor, the lights of the condominium next door bothered you when you were sleeping. It will undoubtedly be our first choice when we want to visit La Serena again. Thank you!

First of all, I highlight the excellent communication with Pablo, the host, responds very quickly and proactively. The apartment is well located, has good style, it is cozy, we went with our 2 year old daughter and we felt right at home, and the view towards the sea amazing!!!! We would definitely come back!!
