Everything is very nice and clean

Our trip to La Serena was a very good experience. Alvaro our host, we were there when we contacted him. The apartment located on Avenida del Mar, is very nice, cozy, heated, enabled with everything necessary and with a wonderful view to the sea. The nearest convenience store is 2 blocks away, in the surroundings there is a great offer to go out to eat and is next to the Enjoy casino. Both check-in and check-out were easy and quick. We had a nice weekend. Fully recommended. Fully recommended

Everything is SUPER, place, proximity with challenges, the heater is a wonder, everything is very clean. Quick check-in out. The bad thing I saw: the tempered pool that was not answered during the inquiries and was finally closed for maintenance. The sauna is open very few hours in the day. Parking is uncovered. The TVs are not smart so you can't screen you a movie.

Excellent place. My family and I really enjoyed out stay. The place was very clean and comfortable and It was close to everything. The hosts were amazing and gave us wonderful recommendations for us to visit. . I would definitely stay there again!

The apartment is conveniently located, in front of a supermarket, which makes shopping easy. Beach access is safe through the authorized steps. The space is comfortable and equipped for three people, although some kitchen utensils are missing to prepare meals easily. There are several dining options nearby. The laundry is excellent and costs 1,700 pesos, but you have to pay with 500 and 100 (new) coins. Parking is spacious and safe, with the added advantage of being underground, which protects vehicles from the salinity of the environment as it is in a coastal area. As a point for improvement, the presence of the owner's personal belongings, such as clothes, shoes and photographs on the nightstands, can detract from the neutrality of the space. One drawback is the noise from the nearby service center, with road sounds and honking, especially at night. Overall, it's a comfortable and conveniently located option, with good services, although with some details to consider.

We arrived at a beautiful dpto,very equipped, clean, the beds exquicitas, the decor very nice.... we had a great time. I recommend it 100 percent, it is very close to the beach you can walk. We loved the place

Everything super! Yasna, very worried, had everything impeccable in the house, also, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and because of that, we avoided taking many things that made the trip much more comfortable. The house is about 7min walking to the beach, few people crosses, the sector is very quiet. Also, being a closed condominium, it makes it safer.

very pleasant stay, Orlando always worried about everything, we bothered him with some items like iron and play which he accessed without problems, even his bike to get to know a little more, very nice and very friendly, 100% recommended, for 2 people it is great, despite the fact that he looked bigger in the images, I must admit that I felt very comfortable and had everything necessary to almost live there.

The house is very comfortable and very close to supermarket or to take locomoción. if you are traveling by car, it gives you the beach super close and from there you move wherever you want.

They must be clear that it is necessary to move to Coquimbo, Totoralillo, Guanaqueros, Tongoy or Serena to find a beach. Transfers between 5 to 15 minutes depending on the traffic

Wonderful experience. The place was very welcoming. Its location is unbeatable, as it is a few steps from the beach, in addition to being close to the road, which greatly facilitated travel to other places of interest in the region. Maybe you should see the option of installing wifi in the house.

Nice apartment with a spectacular view, amazing location, close to everything. Luis was very attentive and kind, responsive with respect to very small details that I told him.

The apartment is very well equipped (with quality furniture) and was super clean. What's more, it's very well located, right on the Avenida del Mar. Communication with Jaime was very good, always willing to help. The information was very clear from the beginning. The only thing I would recommend (to improve) would be to change the curtains and install blackout ones, since at night the rooms were very bright because the apartment is on the first floor, the lights of the condominium next door bothered you when you were sleeping. It will undoubtedly be our first choice when we want to visit La Serena again. Thank you!

I recommend this depto. a wonderful view, a quiet place. It has everything for your needs kitchen , implements, grill , washing machine , 2 bathrooms with bathtub , hair dryer. and the 2 bedrooms with beautiful views . and the terrace ovulously with ocean views. A comfortable living room. Etc. Attention of the host. highly recommended.

Excellent accommodation, very comfortable and conveniently located, I really enjoyed that wonderful view. Alvaro gave us very good references of recommended nearby places and that's appreciated. We were also in contact with Patricia and Claudia who assisted us on arrival and departure. We can't wait to get back.

Great stay, perfect had everything

The apartment of Rocío is very well located, in front of restaurants and close to bars, the view of the sea is unbeatable. Inside it has everything you need for a good stay, the host left us bottle water and two candies that saved us after a long trip.

Spectacular apartment near the beach, restaurants, close to everything you need, the place is very safe and very nice. If I go back to La Serena, I'll go back to Paula's. We were very happy with my friends. Totally recommended, you will never regret it.
