Super helpful and flexible host. The stay was very pleasant. The house, in a rustic style, is very spacious and equipped with private parking. Excellent location in a unique setting, between countryside and sea. Highly recommended!

Spacious double room with en- suite

MarianRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Brid was a very special hostess, she epitomises the "cead mile failte" . She was warm, friendly and made us feel so welcome in her home. The room and bathroom were spotless, very spacious, very comfortable and surrounded by spectacular views. She provided us with access to a delicious buffet breakfast which included delicious locally baked brown soda bread. The property is within walking distance of the village of Spiddal. I would highly recommend a stay here, a straight 5 stars from us.

Abbeyglen Castle Hotel Economy Room

EllenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Staying at Abbyglen was a magical experience. Brian and the staff made me feel very welcome and everyone was super friendly. I had a wonderful meal at the restaurant and breakfast was a treat every morning. The prosecco reception added an extra something that made my stay even better. Even though I was travelling solo, I never felt alone. Walking distance from Clifden center, easy bus connections to Connemara National Park. Rented a bike and cycled the Sky Road. The room is very comfortable, with a beautiful ensuite bathroom. Don't forget to have a drink at the piano bar in the evening, and enjoy the live music and amazing atmosphere!

Seaside Log Cabin

SiannonRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Perfect stay for a relaxing and private getaway. The cabin is cozy and clean, surrounded by a lovely garden and mesmerizing scenery. You’d be thrilled for a sunny day to explore, but should the rains come, the cabin is a perfect hideaway. Mary and Peter were welcoming and quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend.

Tigh Johnny Bán (White cottage) Home in Connemara

LaraRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We loved staying here! Deidre was very responsive before and during our stay with any questions we had. The area was beautiful and just a short walk to a lovely beach. The three bedrooms worked perfectly for us. We do wish there had been some pans to go in the oven, but otherwise it was a well-appointed kitchen. And we loved the scones!

Connemara heaven with sea views

AnnaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had the best time in Brian & Peter's house that felt like a home away from home. The place has been decorated with impeccable taste and is situated on a quiet street about 1,5 km off the Wild Atlantic Way with wonderful views of the sea and grazing sheep in the neighbouring fields. It is the perfect base for exploring Connemara and the Aran islands, the ferry harbour is only 15 minutes away. A Tesco, a beautiful sand beach and historical seaside cemetery are close by as well as the quirky Craft Village & Café in An Spidéal. Would book again in a heartbeat!
