If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to relax, this studio is the perfect choice! It has a luxurious feel, is impeccably clean, and offers great comfort. The bed is super cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony provides the perfect atmosphere for unwinding. The location is fantastic—just a few meters from the sea and close to excellent restaurants. I was on a solo female trip at Paphos, and I felt completely safe in the neighborhood, finding the absolute peace I was looking for—exactly what I needed! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, whether you’re a solo traveler or looking for a romantic getaway for two.

Beautiful accommodation and a great location with easy access to surrounding areas of interest. Easily accessible from the airport on the 612 bus which runs from the airport to practically outside the apartment. The host, Marjon, was extremely welcoming and very responsive to any queries my girlfriend and I had. Details on how to access the apartment and further details about the apartment itself were provided allowing for a smooth and easy stay. Very much recommended for a great stay in Paphos.

A very charming, clean, and ideal place for exploring Kato Paphos. Directly on the corniche with shops, restaurants, access to swimming areas, and great for walks/runs, and exploring archeological sites. We had a car and parking was so easy with a big accessible lot across the street. It was a busy weekend and we still managed to always find a space. Local shop owners are friendly and we (mother-daughter) felt perfectly safe and comfy. Katerina is so great at communication and sharing helpful info. We highly recommend Cera pizza, an easy 5 min walk (ate there twice)! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

It was a pleasure staying at this Villa, with a beautiful clean pool, and garden, it made for a lovely, fun, and pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the living area was perfect for a group of 7. Would definitely consider staying here again! Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

We visited Paphos for our friend’s wedding locally and we are so glad we found Svetlana’s place to stay. We enjoyed sitting by the pool most of the time and nearby walks along the beach. Some nice family friendly restaurants nearby too. We had a great week.

We had a great time during our stay in Cyprus. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The location is good—quiet and convenient if you have a car. However, we did notice a few things that could be improved. The mattresses were quite hard, and both the beds and doors made a lot of noise, which affected our sleep a bit. Also, the pillows were quite worn out and could use replacing. Aside from that, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our time there. With a few small improvements, this place would be ideal!

Wow- words can’t describe how much we enjoyed the stay at Nikos’ place. The room was great, but most importantly, Nikos was an amazing host. Took great care of us and provided the best customer service! It really enhanced our stay. The room is walkable to everything in Paphos and it is a great place to stay if you want to explore. We stayed in this apartment for a whole week. It is very well located, the sandy beach is 300 meters walk from the flat. In the street many nice bars and good restaurants, just in front of the flat is a kiosk for basic things you might need. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The host always answered quickly and let us to do later check-out. Air conditioning in every room! Only thing that we were missing pillows for the outdoor chairs (you will have funny stains on your body after sitting on them longer), as well a parasol would be nice to have there. All in all we recommend it for others!

We loved our stay in Tala. Savvas and Helen were great hosts who keep a pristine flat and stay in regular contact. The flat itself had everything we needed, with the little details making a world of difference. The shared pool we had to ourselves for most of the trip. Tala is a charming village with some great, family-run tavernas and a central bar. Highly recommended. Thank you both!

Janes apartment was just what we needed just back from two fantastic weeks , we arrived at silly o’clock in the morning and because Janes instructions were so clear that was a perfect start to our holiday , the apartment had everything you need plus lots of other things to make your stay pleasant, this was my first air B&B it was just perfect so many fantastic places within walking distance to eat out at too , the pool was a delight to use too , thank you for a fantastic holiday , we will be back .

The flat was well equipped and even have more than what we expected. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Also, a washing machine with a couple of Lynsey sachets that allowed us to go back home with clean clothes on. Highly recommend it

I highly recommend it to everyone, it felt like being at home. The place is beautiful, and everything you could possibly need is there. It's great that you can check in so flexibly and independently. The place was clean and well equipped. One of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in.

Spotlessly clean on arrival. Fully equipped kitchen. Convenient location and very walkable to nearby beach, harbor, castle, mall. Nearest groceries supermarket just 3 minute walk away. Easily accommodated our family of 4 which included two late teens children. Not the quietest of neighborhoods, but that did not interfere with our enjoyment of the apartment and was a small price to pay for the convenience of the location. Would recommend.

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.
