Although we, unfortunately, couldn’t make it to the villa due to an unexpected situation, she went above and beyond to support us — with compassion, flexibility, and constant availability for any question we had. Her understanding and willingness to help during such a difficult time meant the world to us, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about her guests. We can’t wait for the opportunity to finally stay at her beautiful villa, and we’re so grateful for everything. Highly recommended — both the host and the place!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I’d love to come back for another visit!

We were a party of four adults and two teenage children. The villa is set in a spacious plot with the pool positioned behind the villa for extra privacy. The pool itself is excellent and was cleaned twice in the week we were there. The surrounds are also great with plenty of seating and sun beds, both in the sun and in the shade. The inside of the villa is well appointed although some of the furniture is tired, not unusual for a rental property. The bedrooms are excellent with plenty of storage. The villa is a stones throw from a range of excellent restaurants, supermarkets and gift shops. The main beach is less than five minutes drive or an estimated 15 to 20 minute walk away. Overall a tremendous family friendly villa.

Myself and young family stayed for 11 great nights at Ben's home. We had a fantastic holiday. The house is lovely and the pool area fantastic. The cats we very chilled and no bother. We realised quickly that the AirCon wasn't as expensive as we first thought so definitely make use of it when you stay. The location is brilliant and only a few minutes walk into the main coral bay strip and 10 minutes from the beach. We loved every minute. Thanks so much!

Great villa, the views/surroundings was unbelievable, definitely need a car however don’t let that put you off as taxis are so expensive in these areas it’s actually beneficial to have a car anyway, villa had everything we needed as a family and couldn’t ask for anything more, very friendly and helpful/responsive hosts which is always a massive plus. Would recommend to everyone.

From my answers you can see that we were completely satisfied. It is enough far from the main road and not too far from the beach. Simply ideal. Good restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance. We had a nice time despite slightly cooler temperatures and can only recommend this property. We're really thinking about going again. What you could do even better would be to increase the water pressure in the showers and repair the burner on the gas stove in front left. It works, but not right. Refrigerator door sometimes opened when you didn't close with pressure. It would be nice if you didn't have to buy charcoal and lighter yourself or it would have a gas grill. Thank you! Our second stay and as with the first it was great. Demetris was waiting for us even though we arrived around 1am and happily showed us around - he left food and drinks so we didn’t have to rush out to the shops in the morning. It’s a lovely area and very central. Would highly recommend!

Very clean and spacious villa. It looks as it does in the photos and is perfect for a large group of couples. Host is also very responsive. Definitely recommend.

This is a great villa, it was made with love and care, it's fully equipped and very comfortable. I guess an espresso machine would even make it even better. nevertheless, it's super highly recommended and we had a wonderful stay note: there is a way to connect the euro plug into the Cyprus sockets, you need a pen or something to push the unused hole inside and then it can fit.

An incredible place that completely exceeded my expectations. There is a huge pool, shady spots under olive trees, an open air bar area (with music), a large cozy terrace with various barbecue facilities; and each place is worth enjoying a glass of wine. But the most impressive thing is the gigantic view! You can see the surrounding villages, the mountains and the sea. And with every look you discover something new. The kitchen and living room area are huge, the bedrooms cozy. Our stay was perfect, I'd come back anytime.

This villa was more than advertised. The house was well appointed and the pool and local beaches were perfect. Luxury and comfort come together to make this an elegant, yet relaxing, vacation. Georgia was a great host who made our stay more enjoyable. I highly recommend this property!

We had a fantastic stay! The Villa was exactly as described – very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect: just a 5-minute walk to the sea and close to the amazing restaurant Porto Antico, yet still peaceful and quiet. Great stay in a peaceful Villa in a pleasant location. Local restaurants and a small supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Paphos centre a 15 minute drive and Coral Bay a 10 minute drive. The Villa is spacious and has all the amenities for self catering. Large deep pool and which gets the sun all day. Alexia responded to our enquiries promptly. We will happily return again in the future.

I am so pleased we found this beautiful Villa - it was perfect for our family of 4. The house was spacious, clean and well stocked with toilet rolls, linen, kitchen utensils etc. The basement was full of inflatables for the pool, there is an area for kids full of books and games plus the pool area had many sunbeds and a covered outside eating area in the shade. The location in brilliant - a 1 minute walk to the shop, a wonderful bakery with the most beautiful and delicious array of cakes, treats and savoury foods and a 5 minute drive to Phillipos the big supermarket. Really close to the gorgeous Coral Bay Beach too (about a 7 minute drive). We love eating traditional Mezes so was brilliant thay there were 3 taverns to choose from which were about a 10 minute walk away and also other bars and restaurants even closer. Maria was a brilliant host and very responsive- nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to families. Loved it ❤️

Beautiful traditional villa in a lovely peaceful village. The village is quite rural so a car is a must but definitely worth a drive. Filippos was there to meet us even though it was a late flight and was extremely helpful. The local cats stole our hearts. We will definitely be back.

We had the best time at this villa and both hosts were amazing at responding and helping us before we arrived. Friendly hosts and spotless and stunning villa, we will absolutely be back! Hardly any bugs, not a single ant and flawless views even from the shower! Smart TV in the lounge and bedroom, good water pressure, it is by far the nicest villa we have stayed in! Loved the house and the location. The small beach was easily accessible, though you need to learn a route into the sea to avoid pebbles and rocks. It was still exactly what we love… private! You can see the busy Coral Bay directly opposite, as it’s the next beach and it was full of fun and games if that’s what your after. Loved our stay thank you Ksenia, and lovely Victoria.

The house was spotless and very well equipped with everything one needs to feel at home. The host felt within reach for assistance but without being intrusive. We loved the location and the peaceful surroundings. The village supermarket was close and had everything we needed. We loved our stay and would recommend it without hesitation.

This is a great villa! We were 3 couples, and the space was perfect for us, as everything is set for 6 people (indoor and outdoor dining tables, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths). Something that for me wasn't super clear in the ad and was a nice surprise: the two bedrooms upstairs are both ensuites (i.e., include bathrooms). The one bedroom downstairs is not an ensuite but has a bathroom right next to it. The swimming pool is perfect size with great pool-beds around it, covered parking, and the location is fantastic: 2 minutes walking to the sea-view, 8 minutes to Coral Bay beach, and 3 minutes to the restaurant/bars strip. And yet, super quiet and very calm area with just vacation villas around. Last but not least: the villa has everything (including electric adapters), well-stocked kitchen, and is very clean. Would definitely come back.
