Excellent location, apartment equipped with everything you need, good sector, super friendly reception people, good hosts. I would only recommend paying a little more attention to cleaning and maintaining the apartment inside before delivering to the next guest, since some things/furniture are somewhat deteriorated. 100% recommended place to stay!

everything was excellent, we were able to check in and check out with flexible hours and that came barbarous with our flight schedule. She was super friendly and everything was described. if I go back to chile and it's available I would definitely come back

Very clean, nice and well distributed apartment in an excellent location. Manuel behaved very well, was receptive and proactive at all times.

We stayed three months at Bruno and Ximena's house, nice and always very attentive to our needs. We had a great time. The house is really nice and very equipped: a real house. We also thank Mrs. Maria Luisa who came once a week for cleaning and linen change, professional, discreet, respectful and caring to the point, for example, to organize many containers with water in the house on the occasion of the February electric national blackout, which took place in our absence on our day of service, although the drinking water tap in the garden has always worked. A positive note then deserves the location of the apartment, in a quiet area, very close to public transport, very well served nearby for all kinds of daily needs and from which you can also walk to areas such as Via Irrarazaval where you can really find everything.

i was really happy in this appartment. it had everything and lacked nothing: a washing machine, washing liquid, hair dryer, oven, all kitchen apparatus, even food for cooking. the appartment is really big and especially for the price it cost! i liked the view too, especially in the bedroom. the neighbourhood feels really safe and quiet and its not too far from the rest of the city.

The apartment has great views and all the basic facilities, it was an enjoyable stay. The location was very good. It may be useful to know that you will need to buzz the reception from the street, then do a check-in with ID, and only then do the self check-in at the door of the apartment (the check-in instructions did not mention this).

The place is just as described. It's spacious and very bright. Camilo was always attentive and answered every query. The area is very quiet and there is transportation, shopping, restaurants, bars and cultural options really close. As a detail, the access is only by stairs (about 50 steps), to keep in mind if there are people with reduced mobility or heavy luggage. 10/10 would book here again

I really liked the place, very comfortable for two people and very central.

Agustina was a sweetheart from the start. She sent us transportation information from the airport to the apartment and was always available to answer our questions. And he even left us available to recharge the Bip card, which we could use on public transport. The location is excellent, close to the subway, next to the Lastarria neighborhood, close to several tourist spots. As I was also working, the kitchen equipped with the necessary, the silence and the privacy of the apartment made all the difference. If you are looking for a place to stay in Santiago, you can choose this one without fear.

My stay was awesome! A very cozy and beautiful apartment, clean, spacious and comfortable. I spent my 2 working weeks very comfortably. Unique with a large TV in the room. Everything you need is close: an Oxxo in front, several markets, Italian neighborhood restaurants, the Sta Isabel L5 Verde metro station 200 meters away with which you can be in the Costanera Shopping in 20 minutes with a single combination, a KFC around the corner and several other things. Everything is made more special by the interaction with the host Sandra! A very kind and hospitable woman who was always attentive. She is always ready to help, to suggest something. Thank you Sandra for everything!!! I would come back here and recommend the accommodation to family and friends

I was a week and everything was great. The apartment is as shown in the photos: clean, well-equipped and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located in a private building, very quiet, with facilities in perfect condition and beautiful views. The area is very convenient, with several mini markets nearby, squares, parks and subway stations a few minutes walk. In addition, communication with the host was clear and fast at all times. Highly recommended!
