Kitchen : toaster, coffee maker, nespresso, toaster, mini oven, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge freezer. No TV but a large library, board games, stereo with many CDs. Large sunny and furnished terrace of 60 m2 with tables and sun loungers overlooking the garden. Ready for bikes on request. Backpack for hikes. Chez Charlie is a former vintner house (160 m2), located in a quiet village lying on the edge of a striking hillside 11 kilometres (just under 7.5 miles) away from Beaune. Placed on the ‘Route des grand Crues‘ of the Côte D’Or, Saint Romain is perfect for wine-lovers! The house has three bedrooms, a big sunny kitchen opening onto the garden. Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.
