Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

To recharge your batteries in Villard de Lans, a friendly and dynamic mid-mountain resort, our studio (south-facing with balcony) is ideally located at the foot of the slopes, cable cars and the start of hikes and mountain bike trails. In winter and summer, you can enjoy many sports activities or relax while enjoying the calm and landscapes of the Vercors. A breath of fresh air less than: 50 minutes from Grenoble, 1 hr 50 minutes from Lyon, 1 hr 30 minutes from Valence.

Vous vous sentirez apaisés dans cet appartement de 35m² pour 4 personnes à la décoration soignée et discrète. Le logement se situe à 400m de l'arrêt de bus et seulement 3 km de la station de ski alpin (côte 2000) où vous pourrez pratiquer le VTT de descente. Vous atteindrez (sans véhicule) en dix minutes le village avec ses commerces et en quinze minutes ses multiples aménagements (centre aquatique, patinoire, espace de remise en forme, bowling, cinéma, bibliothèque…).

Small studio in Les Glovettes (Villard-de-Lans) with its ski cellar on the slopes. Ski-in/ski-out in winter and from the start of beautiful hikes! The accommodation is not large (15m2) but it is super comfortable for a couple... and a child possibly (60x180 heater available) It is located next (50m!) to the convenience store and shops, on the 5th and top floor with an elevator (no neighbors above you!). *** IMPORTANT: 01/01 check-in only from 5:30 pm ***

Gîte des Nines - Rated 4 stars * * * *

Rated 4 **** stars by Atout France. It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? There is: - a filter machine - a pod machine (Senseo type)

Apartment at the gates of Vercors

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

Accessible by car , Grenoble city center is 15 min away and ski resorts is 45 min away The apartment consists of a very large living room, equipped with a stove and reversible air conditioning,a 160 cm TV, a kitchen equipped with American fridge,and a mezzanine, a real cocoon with views of the stars thanks to the velux.

Enjoy the comfort of this cozy 45 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor of a house adjoining that of the owners, with separate entrance to ensure your privacy. Just a short walk from the center of Lans-en-Vercors, you will have access to all amenities while enjoying the calm and surrounding nature. The apartment has a private outdoor area, including a pleasant 20 m terrace. Linens are provided but towels are not.

Charming cottage of 45 m2 completely renovated, all comfort , in an old farmhouse, 5 minutes (by car) from Lake Monteynard, 25 minutes from Grenoble and 25 minutes from the first ski resort. 4* rating for 2 people. Very quiet environment, very nice view, many hikes (Himalayan walkways) and water activities in season. We speak English (a little bit).

Attention : The station no longer has ski lifts !!! Alpine skiing possible in Gresse en vercors (20 minutes by car) 28 m² refurbished, with a breathtaking view of the eastern balcony of the Vercors, Located in the very small resort of the "Col de l 'Arzelier" (1150m). Take a wild nature break during the day, and enjoy the comfort in the evening !
