This is a walk-out basement with two private entrances, and it’s own private outside area. The patio has comfy furniture with a bbq. The kitchen is small, yet efficient with large windows. The bedroom is cozy and comfy with a large smart tv on the wall. The bedroom has a 3/4 wall dividing it from the rest of the apt, but no actual door. So it could be considered a “studio”. We are steps from the trail heads into Blue Mt park. We’re also walking distance to the metro north & downtown.

Come stay with us! You will have the entire first floor to yourself but we will be right upstairs if you should need us! Access to tree lined back yard with fire pit. Close to metro north train to NYC. Minutes to kayaking, hiking, restaurants, cafes & historical sites. Please note: Drive, walkway and entrance accessible to full size wheelchair (see photos) however the bathroom is not accessible to a wheelchair. Guest must have ability to enter and maneuver the bathroom on thier own.

Serene and intentional space, a lovely place to be and stay with family or close friends. Easy access to the sweet town of Croton - on - Hudson on a secluded and particularly beautiful property. Important to note is that you will not just feel at home you will enjoy the comforts of home that are not typical in rental spaces. From the pillows and bedding to the lovely tapestry of natural accents inside and outside the home puts you at peace with the space and lay the foundation for whatever your event and reason for your stay. Exceptional doesn't describe this property but sets it apart among the options in Croton - on - Hudson. We will be back and can't wait. You'll be able to cook at home and stay amidst a peaceful and enjoyable respite from wherever you hail from for whatever reason you are traveling to this area. So pleased with our AIRBNB choice.

Really enjoyed our 1.5 month stay here. The place - while small - is cozy and has everything you'd need. Joanna does a great job making sure it's fully stocked (kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, etc). The beds were comfy and the internet worked great. It's a very quiet space, in a nice little neighborhood, and the deck space is phenomenal (although it can get buggy!). We would definitely say again

We stayed here after a long night of travel. It was a beautiful location on the way to our final destination. It was peaceful and easy to sleep during the day. The air conditioning was nice. It was cool when we arrived and felt very cozy. The queen bed was incredibly comfortable. It was perfect for what we needed, but we wish we could have been awake longer to enjoy the scenery longer.

You can truly feel the love and care that went into creating this space. It was the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and make meaningful memories. Maria has a beautiful corner home right at the edge of a mountain, amazing views! The space itself was beautiful and very cozy, you can tell how much work the owners put into it. They were also very responsive and let us know they were having people over. We were chatting upon our departure and they are lovely people. Would love to return!

We had a great long weekend stay at Brian's place with our dog. The view of the lake from the house was incredible. The entrance down the stairs gave us a very private area for us to spend time enjoying the surroundings. The place itself was very clean, had everything we needed and Brian was great at communication the whole time. We couldn't believe this was only an hour or so drive from NYC. We would definitely stay again!
