You will be staying in the wedding hall of the legendary L'Espérance hotel, which has been transformed into two comfortable, refurbished, single-story accommodations. You can enjoy a 20 m² covered terrace with views of the vineyards and the Loire, as well as a private courtyard for parking your vehicle. You will be just 200 meters from the city center and can enjoy the village amenities: bakeries, pharmacy, bank, newsagent/tobacconist, grocery store, bar, restaurants, beauty and wellness salon.

Within a rehabilitated former farmhouse, ideally located between Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau, very close to Lac du Bourdon, this peaceful accommodation will offer you a relaxing setting for the whole family. The place has a wide wooded exterior that will let you stretch your legs. A small pond at the back of the property completes the picture. The accommodation consists of an entrance hall with a closet, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a large living room divided into two sections.

At Karine's cottage

This charming wooden chalet is conducive to relaxation. A beautiful flowered terrace and its hanging baskets invite you to connect with nature... birds... deer... to observe. A stream flows quietly behind the chalet and can be secured. Ideally located 1.5 hours from Paris, you can visit the castles of the Loire... Guedelon Castle 35 minutes away... make a stop at the Briare Canal or enjoy the panoramic view of Sancerre 40 minutes away... The Loire by bike is 10 minutes from the chalet.

O'gite Sancerrois

Fully renovated independent accommodation nestled between vineyards and forests. Departure of walks in the vineyards and forests at the foot of the cottage. House ideally located in a wine village (18) in the heart of the Sancerrois, 5 km from the Loire bike route. Village church listed as a historical monument. Visit the wineries with tasting 200 meters from the cottage. A charging station for electric/hybrid cars is available upon request for a fee of €10 per day.

Terrace on the water, chestnut cottage

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

On the island: an enchanting place to "pause"

This master house shares its courtyard with an oil mill in Donzy and its charm will not leave you indifferent. It is majestically situated on the river. We recently renovated it, preserving its authenticity and character, it will be ideal for a few days with family or friends, close to Pouilly and Sancerre, close to the Château de Guédelon. 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a friendly living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 beautiful terraces. Studio 3

Studio 3 is a studio located on the ground floor in a small building of 8 apartments renovated in 2024. It is located in the heart of downtown Cosne-sur-Loire. Free public parking is available 50 m away. You will have direct access to a common courtyard as well as a small green area. Ideal for shopping in the city center or taking walks along the Loire. You can go to the market on Wednesday and Sunday mornings or visit Sancerre and its vineyards (12 km)

Great place for a quiet stay with family or friends just 2 hours from Paris. The house is equipped with 4 electric bikes as well as a brazier BBQ. We do not accept parties, EVG, and EVJF.
