Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. You can enjoy the calm offered by this charming studio located on the ground floor of our townhouse and overlooking a pretty tree-lined courtyard. After a day of vacation or work, you will be able to relax in peace. The studio has kitchen, living and sleeping areas with a 160 x 200 cm bed + mattress topper. The most comfortable bed in Nevers. Bicycles welcome!

For 2 adults or a couple and two children. No pets.
