Beachfront holiday rentals in Costa Cálida

The apartment is large and bright, very clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy bed and kitted out with everything you would need for your stay. The view is amazing, you could never tire from sitting on the balcony day or evening. There is a walk way in front of the apartment but it is never noisy, infact in the daytime, you hardly see anyone. The jetty is a great spot to sit and read or swim in the lagoon. The town has some restaurants and a few bars, if your driving there are other resorts close by. I would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Communication with Dave and Bryan was also good.

We couldn't have chosen a better place to start our vacation than Villa Mar. Diego was proactive in communicating with us. Villa Mar was just as described and in the peaceful location of Bolnuevo. Getting to fall asleep to the waves of the Mediterranean was an added bonus. If we are in this part of Spain again, we would definitely stay here again.

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.

Marta's place was more than we could have wished for... The house has everything and feels like home from home. The combination of garden pool and direct access on to the beach felt like such a privilege. We were a little worried that the building work in the next door plot might disturb us but it really wasn't an issue. Getting up for sunrise on the beach and snorkeling with octopus are just some of the memories that will stay with us forever. Thank you Marta for sharing your beautiful house.

La casa como el anfitrión un 10. La casa esta en una ubicación perfecta para conocer cabo de palos e ir a todos los sitios andando tanto a la playa como a los restaurantes. La casa esta genial y cuenta con todo lo necesario y varias terrazas. La comunicación es perfecta y te facilita todo. Estuvimos como en casa. Repetiremos seguro. Gracias Chema

Logement très agréable et au calme à proximité de la mer. Quelques petits détails sont appréciables (savon, shampoing et lessive) . Le stationnement dans la rue fut facile (hors saison) . Les indications d'accès au logement sont claires et la communication avec l'hôte sans problème.

Espectacular! La casa increíble, ubicada enfrente( menos de 15 metros) de la mejor playa de Mojácar. Y Paco e Isma un 10. Repetiremos sin duda!!!

El alojamiento perfecto. La la casa está perfectamente cuidada, con una orientación ideal y unas vistas espectaculares, montaña y playa desde la terraza, ideal para desconectar. Gonzalo es un anfitrión excepcional, nos aclaro todas nuestras dudas y nos ayudo a acomodarnos a la llegada, desde luego se nota que le preocupa la estancia de sus huéspedes. Vi var 10 personer som firade en födelsedag här nere. Rymligt lyxigt hus direkt på stranden. Stor pool och flera ytor där man kunde dra sig undan om man behövde jobba eller få en lugn stund. Andrea och hennes man var så trevliga och snabba att svara och åtgärda om det var nån fundering. Smakfullt, lyxigt och genomtänkt med alla moderna detaljer samt tekniska lösningar. Ett drömboende jag skulle vilja ha för familj och vänner. Villa Thorodin får 5 stjärnor.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jonas—he's an excellent host. From the initial booking onwards he was responsive, friendly, informative and professional. The apartment was superb, the views from the terrace, living room, kitchen and both bedrooms are a joy to wake up to. The apartment overlooks a beautiful swimming pool (perfect temperature) with sun loungers, palm trees, new showers and a pergola for shade. The place is really well equipped and clearly well cared for too. The location is excellent, you're spoilt for choice when it comes to nice beaches and restaurants. Jonas is a great local guide too, he was really happy to answer my questions and recommend good spots and leisure activities. A week is never long enough though—hoping to make it back again soon.

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en este Airbnb. La amabilidad de Oleg hizo toda la diferencia: siempre estuvo pendiente y atento a cualquier requerimiento o consulta, respondiendo con rapidez y disposición. La ubicación es inmejorable, con fácil acceso a todo lo que necesitábamos, y la vista desde el alojamiento es simplemente espectacular. Además, el lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, lo que nos hizo sentir muy cómodos desde el primer momento. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y volvería sin pensarlo.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.

Todo genial, la casa está a un minuto caminando de la playa, bares supermercados, chiringuitos y parada de taxi. dentro, no falta de nada para que tu estancia sea lo más agradable posible, contando con el gran jardín en el que reina la tranquilidad y parece que estás totalmente alejado del bullicio de la playa. Nuestra anfitriona genial, muy agradable y siempre pendiente de nosotros.

Manuel’s place was gorgeous. The views speak for themselves. The location is perfect and you’re able to walk to a bunch of restaurants on the beach. You are also close to downtown Alicante. Manuel was the nicest man and so helpful sending so many recommendations! Would highly recommend staying here!

Jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu. Bardzo ładna okolica. Mieszkanie było dokładnie takie jak na zdjęciach, czyste i bardzo wygodne. Dostałam dokładne informacje jak się dostać do mieszkania, o atrakcjach i sklepach w okolicy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Polecam wszystkim to mieszkanie. :)

Beautiful appartement with a great terrace and a jacuzzi. Appartement was nicely furnished and was very clean. A small key misunderstanding was handled promptly by the host. Small shop, restaurants and the beach all realy close by. We, as a couple, had a great time and can highly recommend the appartement.
