Eine große Auswahl an Restaurants & Cafés, zwei Supermärkten, Bäcker und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in direkter Nähe und sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

La villa dispone de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, además de una cocina totalmente equipada y una amplia terraza con vistas al océano A pocos pasos de la villa se encuentra una pequeña playa muy íntima y resguardada. Además, la villa estamos a solo 400 m de Playa Esmeralda, a 600 m de la playa de Costa Calma y a 1 km de la famosa playa de Sotavento.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.
