Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

Finca Palmeras in La Pared

Wunderschöne authentische Finca in dem ruhigen Dorf La Pared. Diese Finca ist die perfekte Unterkunft für alle, die ihren Urlaub auf ruhige und authentische Art und Weise verbringen möchten. Die Finca bietet viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die geräumige und windgeschützte Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen, Lesen eines Buches oder einfach zum Genießen der Sonne ein. La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.

Das traumhaftes komplett neu renovierte Casa Alfonso liegt direkt am goldenen Sandstrand von Costa Calma in der privaten und sehr gepflegten Anlage Palmeras Playa. Auf zwei Etagen können hier zwei Personen ihren unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen. Zu Ihrer Sicherheit wurden 2 vernetzte Rauch- und Kohlenmonixid-Sensoren installiert. Eine große Auswahl an Restaurants & Cafés, zwei Supermärkten, Bäcker und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in direkter Nähe und sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Villa Minea II ofrece impresionantes vistas al mar y piscina privada con mucho espacio abierto para disfrutar del clima privilegiado de Fuerteventura. La villa dispone de 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, además de una cocina totalmente equipada y una amplia terraza con vistas al océano A pocos pasos de la villa se encuentra una pequeña playa muy íntima y resguardada. Además, la villa estamos a solo 400 m de Playa Esmeralda, a 600 m de la playa de Costa Calma y a 1 km de la famosa playa de Sotavento.

Villa deluxe recién reformada con vistas al mar, en Playa Blanca a escasos metros del Puerto Marina Rubicón, donde se pueden encontrar tiendas, bares, restaurantes y supermercados. A 700 metros de Playa Dorada. Cuenta con 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, 1 aseo, cocina totalmente equipada, sala de estar, piscina privada (se puede climatizar con suplemento), solárium, jardín con barbacoa. Se proporciona ropa de cama y toallas. La villa ofrece WiFi gratuita y aire acondicionado (sujeto a suplemento).

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Calma Beach House - Vista Mar Panorámica

El apartamento situado en planta alta se encuentra en una zona residencial muy tranquila. Está recién reformado y totalmente equipado, es muy amplio con 50 m2, la cocina y el comedor están situados frente al mar. El balcón está cubierto y acristalado hacia el lado norte como cortavientos. ¡Lo mejor es la fantástica vista panorámica al mar! También se incluye un jardín privado e independiente en la planta baja: ¡así son unas vacaciones perfectas! Todo esto a menos de 50m de la playa!

Las Pergolas Villa Rural - Ap. Puerto Calero

With the original layout of an 18th century finca, Las Pergolas was completely restored and enlarged by one of the most notorious artists of the island in the early 70s of the last century in the style that made the island famous. It has recently undergone significant renovations and adaptations aimed at modernizing it, although preserving its unique character. The large original villa has been divided into independent apartments, each with outdoor space for exclusive use.
