Jose’s place was exactly as described, the location was great, the balcony was fantastic and the apartment was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you could need. Sesimbra is a beautiful spot and Jose’s place was a great home base.

Wir waren 5 Tagen im schönen Lissabon und wurden von Anfang an sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend begrüsst. Diogo&Joana haben sich sofort mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt und alles erklärt. Wir haben tolle Tipps von ihnen bekommen, der Check In & Check out verlief super easy. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, mit einer fantastischen Lage und Aussicht auf Lissabon. Alles war seht sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Wir hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Absolute Empfehlung und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Das Appartement ist sehr authentisch und man fühlt sich einfach von Anfang an sehr wohl. Für zwei Personen ist es perfekt. Auch die Dachterrase ist einfach ein Traum. Die Lage ist gut und man kommt schnell in die Alte-Innenstadt. Wir wünschen Diogo, Jona und Xavi alles Liebe und Gute. 5 Sterne sind mehr als verdient. Michael & Laura

The apartment is located inn a great area - Alfama. The hike to get to the unit was tough especially when I went in the wrong direction from the train station, but Pedro was patiently waiting there for us. After our hike to get there, completing the 68 steps to the unit was a breeze. LOL The view is spectacular and saw cruise ships coming and going every day. The unit was clean, comfortable. I had issues with the TV but did not go to Lisbon to watch TV. I was connected to the Wi-FI but not the internet, which was fine as my phone did the work for me and I was not working online. Ann and Rita Have created a special space and were are grateful for the accommodations. They did a tasteful job with the decor. I would definitely recommend the unit to anyone. Great job. The room was larger than we expected and very comfortable. Before arriving, we read the instructions carefully and found there was no air conditioning, which made us feel a bit bad because the weather was extremely hot that day. But surprisingly, the room was cool, and we even felt a touch of chill at night. We really loved the electric shutters—they provided privacy, blocked the sun, and were so easy to operate. I will recommend my friends to stay here.

Marie's place is in a fantastic location, close to restaurants and cafes and the beach was no more than two minutes' walk away. Despite this perfect location, the accommodation was incredibly quiet. The accommodation is spacious with loads of storage and an exceptionally well appointed kitchen if one wanted to cook although why would you when there are so many great places to eat close by. If we were in Cascais again, would we stay at Marie's place? The answer is a definite yes.

This apartment was better than advertised. Great location with restaurants, shoppings, and other places right next door. Luis and team did a great job hosting. They provided great instructions and were responsive throughout the entire stay. We loved our time in Lisbon.

The apartment is in a real great location. 15 minutes walk from a station that gets you out to Cascais and 20 minutes from the one that gets you to Sintra. Lots of good options for food and coffee close by, and a tram stop just round the corner. The apartment is a perfect size and the aircon was greatly appreciated over the hot weekend. The shutters meant we slept so well. It’s perfectly quiet in the evening, and a beautiful church at the top of the hill. Be warned though, the hill to get up into the main square is pretty steep!! Not that this is the fault of the owners, just a helpful piece of advice. Overall, a wonderful stay in a great city and the apartment was the perfect base for our trip. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Adoramos o apartamento, super bem localizado, de bom gosto, cama e sofá cama confortáveis, perto de tudo, metrô, trem etc. A Alexandra responde muito rapido, foi super atenciosa. Recomendo muito o apartamento da Alexandra, nossa estadia foi sensacional.

Wonderful stay at Sofia‘s place. My daughter and I created some wonderful memories. She was really helpful the entire time we were there, especially with my broken adapter and suggestions for what to do with a limited amount of time. Would like to stay here again someday. I have stayed at many Airbnb's and Marcos was one of the best hosts that I have experienced! Great communication and more! The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything you need! It is located close to the beach and markets close by to get whatever you may need. There is a restaurant across the street that has good food and service. I would definitely stay here again!

Ricardos Place was great for our family of four (Kids 3,5 and 5 months). Easily accessible, a lot of cool stuff for kids and close to some interesting places and public transportation. Just around a Main Street the place is truly calm and we felt safe at all times. The place is great for lovers of architecture and has a really nice color gamma. We found a bottle of wine and enjoyed our time at Ricardo’s place very much…

Really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, set at the base of the hill to walk up to Pena Palace or explore the historic district but not smack in the middle of it. Quiet, private and super clean. Loved everything about it and our stay.

Een heel fijn huis met een lekker zwembad erbij. Minuur of 10 rijden van het strand en een klein half uur naar het centrum van Lissabon. De eigenaar is goed bereikbaar en beantwoord netjes alle vragen die je hebt en kan ook allerlei tips geven over wat te doen.

If you want a real local Sintra experience then this is your place. Charming house with a lot of character, charm and history. We were a group of 6 and cooked in for dinner 2 of the three nights. Very close to town center for walking. It’s a very hilly town so if you like walking it’s great for you. Maria could not have been nicer.

Beautiful house with everything you need, Lovely private outside area. Hosts always answered any questions quickly. A car is needed to get around. Had a brilliant week relaxing here with our family.

Wir haben mit 2 Familien eine Woche in Daniel's Haus verbracht und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Haus und Grundstück sind nicht nur groß, sondern auch schon eingerichtet bzw. angelegt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und mit beheiztem Pool, neuem Kicker, Yogamatten, der Tischtennisplatte und dem Grill gibt es auch ohne Ausflüge viel zu tun. Aber angesichts der schönen, ruhigen Natur (ab und zu nerven das Hundegebell etwas) in unmittelbarer Umgebung und den vielseitigen Strände (im Westen mit Wellen, bei Sesimbra ruhig karibisch, allerdings kalt:-)) wäre es schade, auf Ausflüge zu verzichten. Man braucht allerdings einen Mietwagen und Einkaufsgelegenheiten sind etwas weiter weg (bis den den kleinen Shop im Ort, der Essentials anbietet). Wir würden das Haus definitiv nochmal buchen.

Catherine was a great host, easy to get in contact with and accommodated us very appropriately. Her place was lovely, very clean and very practical. Close to many beautiful attractions in Lisbon and easily accessible as well. I definitely recommend her home and look forward to coming back in the future!

Wir waren zu viert für eine Hochzeit in Lissabon und haben unseren Aufenthalt in Isabells Wohnung sehr genossen. Besonders praktisch waren die zwei Badezimmer und die gut ausgestattete Küche. Auch das Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett waren super hilfreich für unsere Outfits. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Lage gut und Isabel eine äußerst liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin mit tollen Restauranttipps – sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig, aber das hat unseren Aufenthalt kaum beeinträchtigt. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

The apartment is lovely, clean, well-equipped, and even more spacious than expected. The location is close to bustling neighborhoods, but the building itself is very peaceful and quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Very well located, with great amenities and sparkling clean. Building with an elevator, which makes a huge difference in Lisbon where many historical houses are walk-ups. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood of Lisbon. Nicely decorated spaces with plenty of room. The neighborhood is home to a number of neat shops and restaurants as well as some wonderful parks. We found it to be a great base for pedestrian exploration of the city. It was very hot while we were in Lisbon and the AC worked well. All in all, a great stay. Would recommend.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Von der Wohnung aus konnten wir sehr viele schöne Orte besuchen und es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig und privat. Das Dorf ist nur 4 Auto Minuten entfernt und auch sehr schön dort etwas zu essen und am Strand die Zeit zu verbringen. Die Gastgeberin versorgte uns mit allen notwendigen und war nicht aufdringlich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

The apartment is fantastic, like staying in a piece of history. Wilfried has taken great care with the renovations and has also kitted out the apartment with high quality bedding and toiletries. Kitchen is really well equipped and Wilfried provided a vast array of coffees and teas. The rooms and bathroom layout worked well for us, a family of five with three grown-up sons, so everyone had their own room and slept well. The location is perfect, very central and easy to walk to most attractions or use Uber for going slightly further out. Its in a busy location with a lovely atmosphere. We weren't troubled by any noise - the trams and bars also close relatively early anyway. Wilfried is great and pro-active communicator. Everything was clean and Eugenia was a delight to meet. Thank you, we would love to stay again.
