Explore Valencia from a Central Apartment

My home is located on the 3rd floor of a fully restored historical building -in an area where most buildings are mainly over 100 years old-, which for your convenience and comfort, has an elevator. There are no other neighbours on the same floor. It features a spacious living room with dining and kitchen area with two large street-facing balconies, one bedroom with another small balcony, and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Two street facing balconies and one window fill the living room and kitchen area with plenty of natural daylight. The comfortable sofa is the ideal place to lounge after a long day out sightseeing. A gracious table in the living room seats 4. In the fully equipped kitchen area you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, and of course enough kitchenware and tableware. I also provide some basic kitchen condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others, and detergent for washing crockery and doing laundry, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. In the bedroom there is a comfy double bed (135x190) to ensure a good night's rest, and a closet with enough room for your clothes. The bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom, features a bathtub with shower and a washing machine. The boiler is of 50 litres so if you have a long shower, hot waters runs and you have to wait 10min to have again hot water. I provide complimentary bath amenities such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also provided. The WiFi high-Speed Internet connection will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to. The apartment has also an integrated air conditioning / heating system, to ensure the maximum comfort. If you need a baby cot for your baby, just ask! For a small supplement I might arrange one for you! The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can. You will have access to the entire home. I’ll try my best to be there, but sometimes it is just not possible due to my job. In these cases, a family friend will welcome you upon arrival and make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Once you complete the reservation, I will also send you a document with some information regarding the apartment, personal insider tips on what to do and visit, and some local restaurant and bars recommendations, to help you make the best out of your stay in Valencia. Also, you will be provided with a map of Valencia upon arrival and will remain reachable by phone or Airbnb e-mail 24/7 during your stay, should you need any help or advice! Indomitable and pure, the light crosses a succession of translucent panels, covering the more than 100 meters of surface of this exclusive design apartment located in the heart of Valencia, next to the Cathedral and the Central Market. The apartment has a full bathroom and another single toilet. En pleno Centro Histórico de Valencia, a 50 metros de la Plaza de la Reina, Catedral , Lonja, y Mercado Central, espectacular apartamento muy luminoso, muy moderno y lujoso de 2 habitaciones y 100 m2 de superficie, una principal con una cama de 1.60 x 2.00 m con un vestidor muy grande y otra habitación doble con dos camas individuales y un pequeño vestidor + cocina premium + 1 baño y 1 aseo y 3 balcones abiertos a la calle En Bou. Edificio totalmente rehabilitado. La vivienda además posee varios premios de arquitectura y ha sido publicada en varias revistas de diseño. La vivienda está en la segunda planta de un edificio de 3 plantas. Solo existe un vecino por planta. El edificio no dispone de ascensor aunque dispone de una escalera muy ancha y cómoda. El apartamento dispone de un salón muy grande con sofa de 2.40 metros, la cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos, lavadora, secadora, horno, microhondas, lavavajillas, placa de cocina de gas y de inducción, todos los electrodomesticos de la cocina son de alta gama o premium plus. It has two balconies with large windows to the main facade, where thanks to the climate of Valencia allows you to have breakfast, eat and dine outdoors for much of the year. La cocina está completamente equipada (vitroceramica, nevera, microondas, lavadora), si prefieres comer en casa. Cuenta con todos los utensillos de cocina necesarios, además de tostadora, cafetera de capsulas, juguera, y hervidor de agua. El apartamento es realmente especial por su localización y porque el buen gusto está presente en todos los rincones. Como está en una calle peatonal es bastante tranquilo pese a estar en el centro. El gran espejo de la zona de estar proyecta la imagen de parte de la Plaza del Ayuntamiento en su interior y aporta gran luminosidad. Es el sitio perfecto para disfrutar de Valencia sin renunciar a la tranquilidad El apartamento tiene ascensor, y un pequeño balconcito con una mesa y dos sillas. El huésped puede preguntarnos por cualquier servicio como niñera, limpieza, cocinero en casa...y le informaremos gustosamente sobre cualquier servicio disponible en la ciudad, incluyendo todo tipo de actividades deportivas (tenís, golf, surf...) El apartamento tiene wifi, aire acondicionado, microndas con grill, lavadora, lavavajillas. Cama de 160. Tv led pantalla plana de 42' Recibimos personalmente a nuestros huéspedes, nos encanta darles la bienvenida e informarles con detalle sobre nuestro partamento y sobre la ciudad. Estamos a su disposición en el móvil siempre que nos necesiten ante cuaquier problema que pueda surgirles en relación con el piso durante su estancia. Rodeado de teatros, grandes almacenes y los principales monumentos del centro de la capital valenciana, este apartamento recién reformado ofrece una conveniente ubicación para desplazarse a pie a los principales puntos de interés. El apartamento está perfectamente conectado con cualquier otra parte de la ciudad. A la puerta se coge el autobús número 19 que nos lleva directamente, sin necesidad de cambiar a otro, directamente a la playa y a la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. A 250 metros hay dos paradas de metro, una es COLÓN y la otra XÁTIVA. Incluso la Estación del Norte, precisosa por cierto, está a escasos 300 metros. Alquiler de bicicletas en la zona. Parking con tarifas económicas y con tarifa 24 horas (se puede sacar y meter libremente el coche) a 15 euros. Tenemos otro piso publicado en air bnb en la misma planta y edificio, son los dos únicos pisos en la planta, también con cuatro plazas disponibles, de manera que entre los dos sumarían 8 plazas. Ideal para dos parejas, o dos familias con algún niño pequeño...

This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. M house is located in the upper level. As you enter, you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen. All of them overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is a small hall in the access, which leads you to the two bedrooms. Both of them have en-suite bathrooms, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, which has a bed 160x190, and a bed with a pull out bed underneath, and a bathroom with a shower. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. The house is in El Cabañal, an authentic and traditional neighborhood, with a very rich life and a great light and atmosphere. A seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. If you are lucky, you can hear the local artists playing the guitar or singing. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport

The Pros: - Your Host, Albert, is super-friendly and helpful - The Location is very very central, not far from the beach, in the Middle of the city - The apartment has a lot of style. You notice: There were Pros renovating that room because its' really really beautiful as compared to the House it's in - The apartment has noise-blocking windows which really block 95% of common noise from the outside - There's a parking lot ultra-near which is 18 EUR / Day which we found to be fair-priced - Supermarkets right near you Some Cons: - The stairway is pretty narrow so it's a bit more difficult getting big stuff up to the 3d floor - Although the apartment blocks noise, you should be aware that there's a family living above you. That noise cannot be blocked - Some things in the apartment need to be fixed/exchanged. The rope for the shades doesn't take much to finally snap; Some of the plastic-based kitchen dishware is melted to a degree I wouldn't want to use it Would I recommend it? Yes

Appartement très agréable et joliment décoré, très bien équipé avec une très belle vue et un accès direct à la plage. Proche des commerces, bars, restaurants et supermarchés. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Parking privé et ombragé, il manque simplement un emplacement abrité pour les vélos. En cette saison fraîche la petite couette était juste. Très bon accueil et très bonne communication avec Interhome.

Nous avons passé une première quinzaine de septembre dans un logement paisible et agréable: spacieux, propre et confortable. Tout est conforme à la présentation et description sur le site Airbnb: photos et prestations. Nous avons apprécié également la piscine privée de la résidence et son parking privé, couvert et fermé. De belles petites plages de sable sont à proximité. Nous avons eu un petit soucis technique dans l'appartement qui a été très vite résolu par Danielle et ses collaborateurs.

très bel appartement bien situé facile d'accès, très proche d'une plage de sable fin environ 800 m, sinon la résidence propose une très grande piscine avec des emplacements pour parasol qu'un accès à une crique privée très agréable et très belle vue panoramique. l'appartement et entièrement climatisé et possède une vue mer et 2 salles d'eau ce qui n'est pas négligeable pour une famille de deux parents et des enfants surtout au retour de la plage ou de la piscine 😜 Danielle et une hotte très accueillante et aimable, et surtout très réactif.

Estancia muy agradable. Muy buena ubicación, zona tranquila pero muy cerca del centro y una de las playas. Tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días. Aunque he echado de menos alguna fuente para ensalada y cortinas ó estires en las habitaciones. Aún así repetiría la estancia. Recomendable 100%.

Fantàstica estada en una casa que fa complerta justícia a les fotos, inclús millor. Tot net i en perfecte estat. L'exterior increïble per disfrutar: piscina, porxo, barbacoa, pisteta de futbol... I amb Interhome tot facilitats i flexibilitat. Repetirem si tornem a la zona.

Very helpful people to deal with. Nice clean well located property and very very clean, good sized bed and comfortable, lovely garden, private not overlooked suitable for an all over tan, good local restaurants and nice walk to the beach areas, quiet and very relaxing. Only one negative, dogs I think they bark too much

Grande maison, avec tout le nécessaire dont nous avions besoins. Bémol la taille de la cuisine n’est pas adapté pour le nombre de couchage. Ménage à revoir également dans certains endroit de la maison. Merci à Danielle pour l’accueil.

Ha estat una estada fantàstica en una zona molt tranquila però fàcil d’accedir. La casa és molt acollidora, les estàncies molt agradables, totes les habitacions tenien ventilador i mosquiteres, a la cuina hi havia tots els estris necessaris i la piscina és molt gran. Erem 9 persones i en cap moment ens ha faltat espai, sens dubte repetiriem!

Jolie maison en bord de mer, fonctionnelle, avec accès direct a la plage. L'espace exterieur partagé est très agréable, les voisins (proprietaires) sont discrets et tres gentils. La terrasse est divisée en deux par une petite haie qui donne a chacun assez d'intimité.

Casa stupenda sia dentro che fuori con tutti i comfort necessari, il tocco migliore è la piscina e il barbecue. Per fortuna il tempo ci ha permesso di sfruttare tutto e ne siamo felici. Accanto alla casa c’è un giardino bellissimo per bambini e ragazzi, non abbiamo mai usato la macchina nemmeno per la spesa in quanto era tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Che dire?! Consiglio vivamente questo posto per le vacanze di gruppo e famiglie numerose specialmente se siete amanti di piscina e grigliata Noi siamo stati in 3 famiglie con bambini dai 3 ai 12 anni Semplicemente splendido

Hemos pasado 1 semana genial. El alojamiento era perfecto, tal y como esperábamos. Contaba con todas las comodidades y accesorios que necesitábamos. A parte de la comida, no tuvimos que comprar nada extra para poder pasar los dias. En Deltebre es sabido que hay mosquitos, lo normal teniendo en cuenta que son humedales. Va a dias, a veces esta plagado de mosquitos y otros días no. Es algo a tener en cuenta durante la estancia pero no es algo negativo del alojamiento sino de la zona. La casa cuenta con mosquiteras así que manteniéndolas puestas evitaras que entren en casa, el tener aire acondicionado es una ventaja también. Las camas son cómodas, la cocina esta completamente equipada. La única pega es el internet, funcionan mejor los datos móviles que el wifi de la casa así que apenas lo hemos utilizado. La piscina esta limpia y cuidada, cuenta con una ducha en el patio y una barbacoa que hemos aprovechado y disfrutado. Volveremos sin duda si tenemos la oportunidad.
