Studio on the side of the Hacienda, Bedroom(beds 2mtr. long), Bathroom with Rain-forest shower, AC, Sat.TV, glass Patio, kitchenette, BBQ. Our house is located very quiet and private just on the edge of the town center. We have 2 studios, one pool.

It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Es un tercer piso con ascensor, totalmente equipado, con unas maravillosas vistas desde la terraza, con piscina (abierta durante meses de verano) y parking en la urbanización. La casa cuenta con WIFI y vigilancia (camaras ). Ideal para el buceo y deportes náuticos. Desde la urbanización se baja andando a la playa por un camino privado.

Our sea front apartment is centrally located and perfect for couples who want to stay a few days in Malaga enjoying its beach and old town, and visiting the beautiful surroundings.
