This cozy 45-square-meter unit has a south orientation and overlooking the ski slopes, which makes the apartment very bright. The Maribel track is located approximately 70 meters away. -In the same building on the third floor I have another apartment advertised on this website. -The ideal occupancy is 3 guests but we admit a maximum of four at the same price (in that case they notify it to prepare it for four guests). -Estamos de Alta as VUT (Vivienda de Uso Turístico) in the Junta de Andalucía.
