Chez Charlie is a former vintner house (160 m2), located in a quiet village lying on the edge of a striking hillside 11 kilometres (just under 7.5 miles) away from Beaune. Placed on the ‘Route des grand Crues‘ of the Côte D’Or, Saint Romain is perfect for wine-lovers! The house has three bedrooms, a big sunny kitchen opening onto the garden. There is a living room on the top floor and two bathrooms. Day trips to nearby cultural sights can be combined with culinary tours or wine-tasting events

Linge de maison fourni (draps, serviettes de toilette, ...). Cette ferme, entretenue pour être confortable, a gardé ses attributs du 19e siècle. Un garage est attenant avec borne de recharge T2.

The ground floor consists of a well equiped kitchen and living space with entrance to your own private garden area. The bedroom and en-suite is on the upper level. Enjoy the sunset with a view over the local pond which can also be used for fishing (Permit included).
