The house is an old tower built on 3 levels. The lower level is the double bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet, it has french doors that open out onto the lower decking terrace. The middle level is the kitchen, dining sitting area with wood burning stove and flat screen tv and there is an oak staircase that leads to the upper twin bedroom with seperate toilet and basin. The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. Le canal de Bourgogne est à 7km. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Relax in our quiet tree house located in Burgundy, behind our home. Ideal for adventurers, don't expect the comfort of a large hotel, but we assure you tranquility in our cocoon: glamping! The cabin offers cooking equipment and a fridge. On the sanitary side, you will find dry toilets, and an outdoor "camping-style" solar shower system that requires your adventurous side. Free parking, linens provided, self check-in possible.

Shepherd's hut in the heart of nature

This stone hut was rebuilt on the remains of an old Berger hut. It is located in the middle of a meadow but accessible by car via a white path. There is no electricity or running water. The kitchen side includes a gas stove, a sink where rainwater arrives for the dishes. We provide a 10 L jerrycan of drinking water. An outdoor solar shower is available, otherwise washing is done with a washcloth. Dry toilet outside the cabin.

Great for couples visiting Beaune. Located a 10 minute walk from the city center and adjacent to the Parc de la Bouzaise, you will appreciate its charm and the surrounding calm of this small newly restored cottage. Small wooden teepee of 4 m2, heated with small electric heater! There is just a 2-seater mattress inside, sheets are provided + the duvet! For sanitary facilities, you will have a hot shower area + dry toilet 30 m from the teepee, in a module under the greenhouse. The kitchen is also under the unheated greenhouse!
