More Hobbit than Batman (no parking), this little cave house is built into the limestone cliff above the beautiful Provençal village of Cotignac. One of the most enchanting properties in the area, it has a garden with roses, palms, cacti and oleander. Panoramic view of the village. Parking nearby but the property has no vehicle access, only steep narrow path. This is the owner’s painting studio - easel available. Eagle owls nest above - no late parties/loud music. Fitness required

Charmant petit studio de 30 mètres carrés climatisé situé en plein coeur de la Provence dans le joli village de Cotignac animé avec ses boutiques et ses ateliers d'art. Idéalement situé au centre ville mais dans une rue au calme l' appartement est au deuxième étage avec une superbe vue. A une heure de Marseille ,Toulon où St Tropez et une demi-heure des fameuses gorges du Verdon, tout près de Sillans la cascade. Parkings à proximité. Protocole de nettoyage spécifique covid 19
