Central location in Pouilly-sur-Loire. Shops within walking distance (50 m, bakery and convenience store). Banks of the Loire for strolling 100m away. Ideal for visiting the region (Charité-sur-Loire, Sancerre, Nevers) and touring some wineries. Nice and well-equipped house, with private parking in the courtyard.
