This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). This waterfront cabin surrounded by other fishermen's cabins is entirely made of wood. It is completely energy self-sufficient by solar panels for 1 to 4 people and will allow you to reconnect with nature or with yourself... It includes the living room, water view with a sofa bed, a wood stove, a sink with drinking water and cold only, a gas stove, a shower (pressure shower system), a dry toilet, a mezzanine with a 160 bed.
