We spent a weekend in this accommodation with friends (there were 6 of us). It was in accordance with the photos and in very good condition. The instructions were very clear with a well-explained arrival. The accommodation is functional, quiet and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. It is very well placed to discover the city on foot. I highly recommend it ☀️

Very good stay, with a very friendly and pleasant host

Chantal and her husband are an extremely welcoming, very friendly couple. They enjoy interacting with their tenants and are very good at giving advice. Their studio is very well designed and pleasant, and Chantal does everything possible to make the stay as good as possible. We had a great stay in this very well located apartment, close to the beach, restaurants - bars, a park and other local shops. The apartment is good quality, very nice and really clean. Comfortable bedding. In short, we highly recommend it!

We stayed one day in Solène's accommodation, access is simple and clearly explained. We were also able to store our bikes in the designated storage room. The communication and accessibility of our hosts were a plus.

We had a great time at Marie-Laure's, a beautiful apartment with all the comforts and ideally located for reaching the pedestrian streets of La Rochelle. A special mention for the very secure and comfortable parking location 2 steps from the accommodation! I would obviously recommend it.

Very nice accommodation, well designed, nice space. Terrace and this beautiful veranda super nice. The only negative point and perhaps to be specified is the fact that there is no TV. Because we were with elderly people and indeed if the day we were active in the evening we would have enjoyed and they especially the TV. Perhaps provide additional concerted availability, a little tight in inclement weather. Each room with its super nice bathroom as well as toilet.

Julien and Auriole were perfect hosts. The location was just perfect and almost grand design with the decor and layout carefully created. The pool & bbq area was brilliant too. My only critique is that Julien should get professional photos. The ones on the website do not do justice as to what an incredible place it really is. Thank you for hosting us 👏🏼

This house is very pleasant to live in: well designed and furnished, beautiful spaces, well equipped and the icing on the cake, the small pool ideal with the temperatures of this weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet and the garden has no neighbors. The accommodation is new and very clean.
