The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

It is a historic home so will have quirks that come with an older home. The bathroom is a hand held shower/bath only.

There is full partially finished basement with a washer & dryer and an additional bathroom equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. The backyard only available when arranged in advance at reservation time.

We offer no charge parking or for use of our washers and dryers. Guest can however arrange to pay Maria for weekly or monthly instay cleaning and laundry services as needed.
