Havre de paix et tranquillité, le logement (120m2) est parfait pour un séjour de repos et pour découvrir notre belle région . On a hillside amidst the beautiful cognac vineyards of south Charente this lovely private house forms part of a former vineyard property. A perfect hideaway for a relaxing visit, the 120m2 house is spacious, peaceful and ideally placed for exploring this lovely region.

Beautiful surroundings and great views over the valley. Recently refurbished character property - including new bathroom with heated mirror and well equipped kitchen. Spacious garden, pool (summer only) and outdoor dining areas, with traditional stone barbecue. Gated access to private parking at rear of property.

The Old Bank - Apartment Two

A lovingly renovated and sun filled apartment in the old bank. Sitting on the top floor of the bank, this apartment allows for stunning panoramic views. Your front door is just a few strides from the square, with a butchers, bakers, shop, tabac, bars and restaurants. A short stroll down the hill will bring you to the Subterranean Church and then a little way on is the River Dronne which has a beach and grass area to its side, not forgetting the bar/cafe which is open all through summer.

Walk into the local village to make use of the local shop for your fresh morning bread and croissants etc, or enjoy rivers, chateau and vineyards further afield.

View towards the Dronne and the castle. 500 meters from the campsite and beach, tennis court, canoeing and kayaking and several hiking trails to the neighboring towns. The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

You will also have a large private garden with swimming pool, pétanque, barbecue area, darts area and many other surprises.
