L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Enjoy the rustic charm of this lovely vineyard cottage in the heart of the Languedoc vineyard. Between sea and mountain, ideally located in Cathar Country, in the dry pond of Marseillette, 15 minutes' walk from the Canal du Midi, this character cottage is the starting point for many walks, hikes, visits... The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

The "small house" is ideally located in the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc. In an old farmhouse completely renovated in cottages and bed and breakfasts, surrounded by meadows and chestnut woods, this intimate space will be perfect for 2 or 4 people. Enjoy a spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the Bastide. Ideally located, whatever your mode of transportation, this apartment is sure to please you! After strolling through the city center, via Place Carnot, you can continue your visit to the Medieval City, which is a 20-minute walk away.
