The kitchen, living room, dining room, and 2 bedrooms have stunning sea views from the 4th floor. 1 bedroom with 180° sea view thanks to a bay window overlooking the beach + a bay window overlooking Sète through the dining room. Privacy is preserved at night by a curtain. The rooms are separated by a load-bearing wall. Personal apartment so I only rent to visitors with positive reviews. A charming, refurbished, clean and well-located 2 bedroom apartment: on the first floor of a bourgeois building, close to the train station, the historic city center, transport (lines 3 and 4 of the tram 100 m away). Fully equipped, it has double glazing and reversible air conditioning. You can do everything on foot in town, and even go to the beach (direct tram line that stops next to the house :-) Please read the description to the end for more details.
