Grande pièce à vivre idéale pour des repas en famille ou entre amis. Vous serez dans un lieu paisible, en pleine nature, idéal pour se ressourcer.

In this atypical and new apartment you will find all the comforts necessary for 3 people. Created in a former winery, you will be in a quiet location 3 minutes from Marmande. Green space and free parking on site. Consisting of a living room on the ground floor with equipped kitchen and welcome tray, sitting area. Upstairs, a 160 x 200 bed and a 90 x 190 bed, a bathroom and toilet not separated We provide you with bed sheets, along with bath towels and linens.

Our apartment is located at the foot of shops in the city center, opposite the Church and the main square of the city.

La Maison du Ballandreau is an 18th century mansion, completely renovated, located in the heart of the village. Restaurants, shops, markets, services, and entertainment are at the end of the street. Enjoy a peaceful walled garden, a large heated swimming pool (mid-April to mid-October), secured by a low wall (1.10 m high) and a beautiful covered terrace, 7 bedrooms and their independent bathrooms (air conditioning on the ground floor and 2nd floor).

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
