You will appreciate the calm and the breathtaking view of the cottage with its private pool not shared and exclusively reserved for the cottage. (heated pool from 1/05 to 15/09) Located halfway between Le Mans and Caen (70 km), 2.5 hours from Paris, 1.5 hours from Deauville and 20 minutes from Haras du Pin. The 45 m2 cottage consists, on the ground floor, of 1 living room with equipped kitchen, 1 sofa bed for 2 people, and 1 bathroom Upstairs, 1 bedroom, 25 m2, with a 160 bed. No pets allowed.

On the agenda: visiting the farm animals, picking fruit and vegetables from the garden, swimming in the summer, and comforting fires in the stove in winter.

In the heart of the old town of Mortagne-au-Perche, on a very quiet street 200 m from the center, it offers a garden side (300 m2 wooded) with a magnificent view of the Percheron valleys. It is a small townhouse and a balcony over the countryside, ideal for discovering the charms of Perche.

The charms of an authentic Percheron house: old stones, terracotta tiles, beams, large fireplace. At the end of the hamlet, facing south, it opens onto a wooded and hilly park of 6500 m². The house includes 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 wc, an equipped kitchen open to a dining room (table for 8 place settings and benches), a living room with a large fireplace and a bar (cozy for evenings in family by the fireside or parties). The house has an equipped kitchen with oven, gas stove, Senseo coffee maker, a mezzanine bedroom, a sofa bed, a baby cot, an upstairs bathroom with shower and toilet, close to the Chailloué quarry, Rustik Park, in the village of Chailloué we have a bakery and a pizza distributor. 5 min from the city center of Sées to discover the Cathedral and its surroundings.
