Very clean with a beautiful view. Sitting on balcony was very peaceful. Great location! Would definitely use again if we return to the area.

Booked this stay for family that came from out of state for my teen’s high school graduation. We were all pleasantly surprised with how spacious this airbnb is! It exceeded all our expectations, and I’ll be recommending this hidden gem often! Train IS very close, but white noise and/or ear plugs would help light sleepers. My preteen thought it was a “cool” loft and wanted to stay over with grandma all weekend. My family all stated that the furniture and beds were all very comfortable as well. We will be booking for future family visits!

We had a very pleasant stay on the bayou. The accommodations were very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay! We were originally set to check in Monday however due to last min changes, we asked the host if we could check in Sunday instead. The host responded right away & was flexible with us doing so. They also replied back quickly when we reached out twice asking them questions during our stay. Place was overall comfy. Would stay here again!

We had such a great stay! Location was nearby the top recommended places to eat. So easy to get in and out of. Amel was above and beyond a great host! I would stay here again.

Great location to visit Mandeville and the Lakefront (within 1 block of the lakefront). Easy to walk to multiple restaurants, bars, and shops. Bed was comfortable and host provides all the basics (towels, bathroom amenities, etc). Definitely recommend for a weekend gateway or anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful property, even beyond the pictures. Very private, peaceful, clean and spacious. Our three girls were in heaven watching the wildlife off the high deck. We bbq and had family over, there was room for everyone and all our friends and family said it was a rare find of a property. We will definitely be back, and host extremely friendly and responsive!

We used the patio of this beautiful Airbnb for our wedding ceremony, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was charming, well-kept, and created the most intimate and romantic setting for our special day. I’m incredibly thankful to the host for honoring my request to have the grass cut before the event—it made the entire area look picture-perfect and ready for guests. The host was kind, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help make our day smooth and memorable. Thomas was a amazing host the place was everything. He communicated with me throughout the whole process one of the reasons I added a extra day to my stay. The master bedroom room was a dream. We had such a wonderful time at John and Karen’s place. They are wonderful people and great hosts. We had an amazing time with them as they took us around Madisonville, showing us a few great spots. Their place is so beautiful and relaxing. It’s magical. We came from California so staying here was an adventure, so different from what we are used to. We fell in love with Madisonville. Absolutely awesome property and awesome host. Extremely cozy and clean. Jamie was super awesome and helped us out to make sure we had everything we needed. Made the work trip a 10/10 felt like we were in great hands
