Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Guests are welcome to roam through our ancient bluebell woods, picnic by the lake, and make friends with our rare breed sheep. Less than an hour from London Bridge, it is an ideal country getaway; private, quiet, and with everything you need for a break.

We are situated in a very beautiful spot of Sussex, 10 minutes to Ashdown Forest and only 20 minutes from Gatwick. We are 3 miles away from the center of the charming market town of East Grinstead. Unfortunately there is no public transport close to us.
