The house is located in a residential area, a quiet and safe place, it has several commercial premises nearby, and collective transportation 20 meters away on Avenida Baquedano. It has everything you need to spend a comfortable stay. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place.

It is a new cabin, enabled for up to 6 people. Access to the Simpson River 80 meters away. There is no public transportation that comes past the cabin.
