Furnished studio

Le studio meublé comprend 1 chambre équipée d'un lit 2 places, 1 salle d'eau (douche, lavabo, WC) et 1 pièce à vivre. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Le studio est entièrement équipé (four électrique, micro-ondes, cuisinière à gaz, réfrigérateur/congélateur 2 portes, nécessaire de cuisine, TV). Possibilité personne supplémentaire avec chambre indépendante (lit 1 place) Chauffage : poêle à granulés + radiateurs électriques. Les charges (eau, électricité, gaz et ménage) sont comprises.

Experience a unique stay in the last housing unit designed by Le Corbusier (1965-67) on the largest site in Europe imagined by the architect, which includes a House of Culture (UNESCO classified), a stadium and a church. The apartment (95 m2), ideal for a family, renovated in the colors of Le Corbusier, incorporates characteristic elements of the time. Du 10 Août au 15 septembre, location 4 jours et 4 personnes minimum.

In summer you can enjoy the barbecue on the terrace and a place to stay that stays cool during heat waves. Important: I feed a cat that comes by the house every day.
