A quiet 60sqm house in the village of Lakkes, at an altitude of 500 meters, with a traditional atmosphere, with unobstructed views of the White Mountains of Crete, with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen, accommodating 4 people and their pet. The sunrise hits the yard and the windows of the house in the morning and bathes it in light. 20 minutes from the Samaria gorge, 30 minutes from Chania and 60 minutes to Sougia in the Libyan Sea and 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket.

Great for walkers and animal lovers, this accommodation is part of a former "Kafenion", situated in the heart of a traditional Cretan village in the hills. Nearby is the pretty and bustling town of Spili, with its tavernas, shops, pharmacy, health centre and post office. Prices from €35 (spring and autumn) to €40 including a basic breakfast. The WiFi only works outside. Loving dogs and cats is essential, if you wish to stay here, as I have 4 dogs and several cats. . Having a car is essential.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.

The house has a beautiful garden overlooking the Cretan sea the Port and the airport, Ideal for quiet and relaxing holidays. Almost private beach, with great view to the sea. In south Crete, near the village Myrtos and west of the town of Ierapetra. With pine trees around, citrus and olive orchards, it is ideal for a quiet stay-family travel. It is a summer house for my family- my parents live permanently at the ground floor.
