Sylvia's Guest House is a 40sq m renovated property in the center of a historical farm (Meeting point during WW2 - Patrick Leigh Fermor ), surrounded by 150000 m² organic vineyards, trees and a great view of the northcoast beach (Ammoudara) and city of Heraklion. The property can accommodate up to 4 guests (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed) and there is also availablility for baby cot. Around house there is garden where you can enjoy all your meals, sunbathing, reading, relaxing, playing etc

Located within a 1.600 m² well fenced site that also includes our Bio Garden New House, a big green yard with stone-made barbeque, flowers, trees & many children's toys and swings, our summer-house, our BIO fruits & vegetables garden & our domestic animals. Beautiful & relaxing place where your children will safely play, feed the chickens & water the trees & plants!

The studio is located in the west side of Crete 50km from Chania city. Arriving here you can admire the incredible view of the area, Falassarna is now one of the most famous destinations in Crete both for its beaches and for ecological interest. Our studio is accesible thru the parking entrance of our family home. The studio can accomodate 4 persons, with two single beds and one double bed, a kitchen and a private wc& bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with amenities .
