Monthly Rentals in Crocus Hill

Firstly I will admit that I did not go personally, but a technician who works for me stayed at Eva's place. His comments were great from check in to departure. he sent me a video and the place looks better in his video than the pictures. he complimented the way he was treated at check in, although he was a few hours early. he said it was like welcome home. my interaction was with a superhost. I was late booking his ferry and the site said 24hour limit. she got me a link for a cheaper ferry that was excellent. he does not have a credit card for car rental she put me on to someone who was excellent. local knowledge and willing to help is beyond the call of duty. and she was all of that. if u are going to anguilla, go to Eva's place. but just don't block it up for when levi is due to return. he does not want to stay anywhere else. Thanks for taking care of him.

Fantastic place! Host is very quick to respond to questions and is always helpful. Beautifully spacious and spotlessly clean apartment with all necessary kitchen accoutrements. Great location in the middle of the island with easy access to both the East and West end beaches and restaurants; Crocus Bay (and Calvin) is practically in the backyard! Close to several well-stocked grocery stores. Walking distance to good local restaurants and food trucks. Great property full of fruit trees and vines. Off of main roads, very easy to find, with parking right by the front door. Do yourself a favor and stay at this hidden gem of an apartment. I know that I’ll be happy to return.

First i would like to thank Donovan for inviting me into his space. From the moment we arrived, Donovan went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The place is much more beautiful in person. The attention to detail was incredible—[ even leaving booklets with recommendations like nearby restaurants etc]. Communication was seamless, and Donovan was always quick to respond to any questions and super patient with me seeing that this is my first time on the island. The location was perfect— close to shoals bay and not far from the town where you can find supermarkets etc. We truly felt at home and appreciated the warm hospitality. If you’re considering booking this place, don’t hesitate—it’s an absolute gem! We can’t wait to return. Thank you, Donovan, for such an amazing experience!

The studio apartment was even better than the photos! The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and modern, and it was the perfect size for my husband and I. It’s also in a great location—less than 15 minutes from beaches and amazing restaurants. Twyla and Mackie were excellent hosts! They were extremely responsive and they brought us to and from the port! They even made renting a car on the island an easy and smooth process! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Anguilla!
