Brilliant apartment on a quiet street only a few moments walk from the hustle and bustle of the town centre and sea front. Immaculately clean and beautifully modern, had everything we needed as a family of 4 with young children.

Lovely place, nice and clean (and i'm very fussy when it comes to that) had everything we needed and more. Good communication with Ben when we were running late to check in. The Cafe is a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Dormy House! Hugo was super responsive and friendly from first contact. The directions were easy to follow and very straightforward to access the property which is so delightful! We immediately felt at home in this spacious apartment set in an expansive private garden visited regularly by munjac deer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to self-cater which indeed we did - enjoying the long evenings eating al fresco. We did several walks from the house along the coastal path and down to the incredible sandy beach. And we appreciated the availability of a nice bath to soak in too! Trips to RSPB Titchwell, Hunstanton, Walsingham and Blakeney - all within very easy reach. We can't comment on local eateries as we didn't sample them, but Ronaldo's Norfolk ice cream available from the beach shack is amazing! Thank you Hugo & Taya for allowing us to stay in this very special place!

Lovely apartment, good location for all Sheringham has to offer.

Lovely comfortable flat, perfect location with just a couple of minutes walk to beach and town. Only downside was the parking but we managed and it in no way spoiled it. Thank you!

Really gorgeous flat, in the old Abbey House. We loved the gardens and tennis court. Hosts were so responsive and helpful, around check in and the heating. Binham Abbey ruins are just opposite, as is the wonderful Parlour cafe (breakfast and lunch). We all enjoyed our stay. Location is fab for exploring the North Norfolk cost, Th Blakeney Hotel for dinner, as recommended by the hosts, was a lovely treat.

We stayed at The Loft for three nights over the weekend while I was live illustrating at a wedding at Oxnead Hall—and it couldn't have been more perfect! The location is fantastic: peaceful, beautifully presented, and just a short walk to the sea with scenic trails nearby. The accommodation itself is stunning—every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. It was spotlessly clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The lovely welcome treats were such a kind touch and really appreciated after a long day. If you're thinking about booking, don't hesitate. This place is an absolute gem—we loved every minute!

We had a fantastic month staying at Robin’s accommodation. It is a really nice, clean and practical flat with everything you need. But the real win is the location. Being in the heart of Wells, there were fantastic shops, cafes and bars all within yards of the flat. Parking was never a problem. And of course the beautiful sea front is just at the end of the street. Robin was very discreet but very quick to help for the one or two queries we had. Tremendous stay, we look forward to coming back!

Absolutely lovely place to stay! Trudy and Bob were both so welcoming (as was Cooper the cat!) super friendly & gave us such a warm welcome on arrival! The place is lovely, super clean & comfortable! They were both so accommodating for our visit & even got some puzzles and books out for my daughter, which was so thoughtful! Thank you so much for having us & would 100% recommend. We were absolutely delighted with Port Side! Everything about it was a delight; clean, spacious and very homely. It was exactly as described and the location couldn’t have been better, just a two minute walk to the plentiful parking in York Road and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Our girls (5 & 7) are already asking when we can go back. Huge thanks to Vicky, a fab host!

Lovely cottage, perfect for a stay in Norfolk countryside

I needed someone to relax in peace and quiet to write. I couldn’t have picked a more perfect location. With a lovely view of my own private little garden with mature trees and in the quietest little hamlet just south of Aylsham, 30 mins drive from Norwich. The first day I went for a little evening walk by the river, or rather a kind of small river delta with little meter wide channels wending across a grassy plain, and saw a swan gliding along the water at sunset. The usual supermarkets and other shops in Aylsham and a mini M&S minutes away at a Shell garage on the A140. The Burgh valley railway is close by but as it’s a little miniature steam train this can only add to the ambience with a gentle toot-tooting every now and then. Kate and her partner Simon were the perfect hosts. 10/10.

This place is amazing. The apartment is cosy, the space is big and the bathroom and kitchen is beautiful. Perfect space and quiet. It’s private as well. It’s right opposite the sea. Right next to food places. About a 20 minutes drive to Great Yarmouth and 10 minutes to Africa Alive so was a perfect spot. There was lots of street parking directly outside the place. We absolutely loved our stay and Jane responded to our queries super quick. Would definitely be back and recommend to others.

Great apartment in a cracking location

Paul and Elaine were fantastic hosts. They were very responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was comfortable and we slept very well on both evenings. The surroundings were beautiful and we were close enough to local amenities and attractions if travelling by car.

we had the most wonderful stay here....Claire and her husband were more than helpful , we had peace and quiet which is what we went for. hot tub was a lovely extra. will definitely be back x

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.
