Hyfield Stable is a recently converted stable block which has been finished to a very high standard. The property is rurally located, surrounded by beautiful Sussex countryside. We are situated down a long private driveway and in a very peaceful location. It is ideal for families, couples, guests with dogs (we allow up to 2 dogs for a fee of £15.00 which can be booked at time of main booking) or for a group of friends who need a getaway! Hyfield Stable is a non smoking and non vaping property.

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

The perfect escape for peace and quiet or maybe a glass of something in the kitchen whilst cooking on the Range. The house is a cosy retreat with endless supply of logs. Pets are welcome. First and Foremost Maylea is a Wonderful family home, Rich in timeless memories of fun, laughter and great times together.

Gunbanks Forge TN225HS is situated in the heart of the Sussex countryside in the grounds of Gunbanks Farm. It is a peaceful retreat to escape the stress of daily living. Tucked away down a private drive with easy parking. Spring feels like its just around the corner. The sun is shining and the daffodils are brightening the garden. All the trees and shrubs are beginning to bud and the garden feels like it will explode into colour very soon. The birds are singing and deer gather in the fields.

My place is close to Ashdown Forest and half hour drive to Glyndborne Opera House. Sussex Coast is within easy reach. Royal Tunbridge Wells 20mins away with the famous Pantiles. Many historical Villages nearby including Mayfield and Burwash. My large garden is full of wild life with two resident badger sets. White Deer are frequent visitors and can often be seen at dawn and dusk from the terrace. Foxes and family of Hare. More recently, we have two families of the protected Hedge Hogs.

Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

Beautiful garden. Very quiet location. Nice annex flat with cozy bedroom and very nice bathroom. Only one thing is that you can’t make even fried eggs, because kitchen has no electric hob and no sink. But, that is not a big problem if you can buy takeaway food from the shop or restaurant.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the off-grid cabin. Being surrounded by nature, away from the noise and distractions of everyday life, made the experience incredibly peaceful and refreshing. The cabin itself was cozy, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing retreat. Tom was an exceptional host—very friendly, welcoming, and responsive. We did encounter a small technical issue during our stay, but Tom handled it promptly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the connection with nature, the tranquility of the location, and the warm hospitality. We will definitely be returning for another stay.

This is a fantastic property, very spacious and has a very handy path to the local village through the fields. Sue was great with check-in instructions and provided tea and coffee, which was a lovely touch. I would highly recommend staying here and would come again !
