Quirico was a dream to communicate with and so nice the place is so close to the beach. Very peaceful

I found myself staying at Fabio's in view of a competition, there were three of us, we felt at home. When I asked for a practical accommodation for mobility, he proposed the property in the center that I immediately accepted. In the house there is a bit of everything, at my request for coffee for the machine Fabio impeccably provided me directly with another coffee machine with pods. He also made sure we didn't miss anything. He had already warned me that the apartment was located in the center among the clubs, so we were prepared for possible noise, but it was bearable. Too bad I was there for study reasons because there are so many nice clubs below the house. If I had to go back, I would definitely choose the same apartment.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Warmest recommendation for Danilo's accommodation! The apartment is located in a charming village, about 15 minutes from the beaches. Especially practical: An excellent trattoria is located directly in the village and is easily accessible on foot. Danilo was always available, very flexible at check-in and greeted us personally – a very friendly and attentive host!

The house is nestled in a beautiful pine forest near the sea. There are other accommodations, but their outdoor spaces are for exclusive use. On the way back from the sea, the pine forest was an authentic good retreat: outdoor shower, two tables, deck chairs and masonry grill. In short, an ideal place to enjoy the silence, nature and the starry sky. The pine forest is a few kilometers from the municipality of Isola di Capo Rizzuto but there is a market and a bar nearby. A short walk from the property, there is a secluded and beautiful beach. Red sand, crystal clear sea and full of fish (Le Cannella is part of the protected marine area of C. Rizzuto). The descent to the sea is simple, but rather steep: not suitable for all ages and knees. Nearby there are still equally beautiful beaches, sometimes easier to access. Great communication with the legendary Mario. Whatelse to add? We will be back as soon as possible with great pleasure.

Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. I stayed for 3 nights in Carè's apartment and it was a perfect stay. Starting with the welcome from Ms. Patrizia, who allowed us to go to the apartment before the check-in time indicated. The apartment is also very well stocked, allowing you to really bring only what you need. The location is excellent, practically beachfront and with excellent restaurants nearby, there is also a supermarket in the immediate vicinity. If I have to go to Soverato again, I will definitely choose Carè's accommodation again.

Bruno's apartment is a spacious studio, beautifully renovated, with excellent materials, a nice bright bathroom with a very large shower. In addition to the quality of the apartment, there are also the small "goodies" that make you feel at home, such as water in the fridge, chips and croissants, clean sheets and towels. Great location in Isola di Capo Rizzuto, with many beautiful beaches just a few minutes by car! Bruno was super kind and available throughout our stay, recommending beaches and places to go right away. REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE.

We were in the area for 3 days researching our Southern Italian family roots. From the location close to the tiny towns in the mountains to the sea, it was perfectly situated between both. There was coffee and goodies for a light breakfast - and a nice balcony porch to enjoy the morning and evenings. We definitely will stay here on any future visits.

We had a great time. Privacy and calm surrounded by the Calabrian countryside landscape. A few minutes from the beaches and without the chaos of the town. Claudia and her husband are helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful place to rest and replenish strength. Hosts who have made us feel at home. The breakfast is spectacular and it's worth trying all the homemade pastries and jams. Rich coffees and freshly picked oranges from the tree. Definitely one of those places to recommend.

We had a good time. We found breakfast products that we loved. There's a stream nearby and the kids had a lot of fun. By car in a few minutes you can reach Camigliatello.

Communication was fantastic with both Carlo and his parents. The apartment is comfortable, clean, bright and inexpensive for what it offers. Equipped with everything you need and located in a quiet condominium. Parking space under the house. In short, highly recommended.

A good location close to shops and max 10 mins walk to beach. For UK guests it would be extra useful to have an electric kettle and microwave. The kitchen has all the basics. Marie-Christine was very helpful indeed and responded to my requests for help positively.
