Overall, a good stay. The host was friendly and responsive, which made check-in and communication easy. The place looked like the photos and was clean and comfortable for a short visit. A solid option for travelers looking for a simple and convenient stay.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment. We didn't miss anything! The apartment was clean, very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Large cozy terrace to linger on. Communication with Antonio was very good. No matter what the concern, he helped immediately. The beach is very close with a beautiful sea. We highly recommend this apartment. We really felt at home. Highly recommended. Thanks also to Antonio's parents, who welcomed us very warmly and helped us whenever necessary.

We were greeted by the father-in-law who helped us with the suitcases. The house is very spacious with a large terrace where you have a beautiful view. The bed sleeps well, shower also nice. It is a small cozy village with few facilities. You have to drive down to get there. Please note, Google sends you the wrong way, always keep left when you drive up.

Thanks Maria and Antonio for the hospitality, the precious advice, the perfect, spacious and clean villa, your friendliness and transparency, the bottle of wine and the sweets you left us: we felt at home! Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. Beautiful, well-kept and authentic place. Lovely garden and pool with beautiful and clean view. Actually 7 minutes from the beach by car. The owners were very welcoming and flexible , they also made us find groceries at home and gave us the vegetables from their garden and the fresh eggs from the chicken coop! We absolutely recommend the place! Nb: it's important to keep in mind that the other apartment that accommodates 5 people in the same property is just 5 meters from our rooms and the tables to eat in the garden a few meters from each other :so great for two families of friends looking to join for the holidays

We really enjoyed the time at the place. Purposefully furnished, everything you need. Close to the sea, really great and very clean water at the end of May before the season. A restaurant within walking distance, the pizza there is great, but also the fish dishes. From 01.06, there is also a bar on the beach and on weekends the Jugaad Lounge is very cozy. The fact that we were right at the entrance gate of the house did not bother us. There are loungers and a beach umbrella. If you take the umbrella stand to the beach, nothing will fly away. There are great gelaterias and restaurants in Davoli max 10 min by car. We had perfect 7 days and only missed the pool a little, which should have been filled on 06/01. The people there and the fantastic landscape made up for it. ;-)

A very nice stay - clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great swimming pool. The best part is the beautiful sea just a short 3-minute walk away. There are also newly opened supermarkets and very cosrestaurants in the area.

The space is absolutely amazing! We had two wonderful days with lemons and oranges from the very nice garden. The location is unique and you have a fantastic view of the city from the balcony. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful house in the middle of the green, surrounded only by olive groves and fruit trees, wildlife, crickets. If you love peace & seclusion, this is the place. You're really all alone here, far from civilization. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. The apartments are stocked with everything you could need. Outdoor grill and pool are great options, but we were also a lot on the beautiful beaches of the surrounding area. Ilario is great and gave many recommendations, especially the restaurant Le Zagare we liked very much (delicious pizza!).

Antonello and his companion were very friendly hosts. We could always ask them for help and tipps. The pool and the view is wonderful!

We spent 1 week (too short) peace and relaxation.. Carol and her family, kind and helpful, immediately made us feel like a family atmosphere and also the other guests welcomed us in an extraordinary way..The children can have a play area provided, on every corner a relaxation area with deckchairs and hammock..the breathtaking view is the setting with a beautiful sea and the small beach..very nice pool immersed in the vegetation..unforgettable sunrise seen from the viewpoint .. ultimately an experience to be repeated and recommended to all nature lovers! The REAL slow life! If you are looking for relaxation, tranquility and well-being here you will find it: beautiful, bucolic places, silence, the sea (the Ionian is the most beautiful and undervalued in Italy), km of almost deserted free beaches in August, good food (many restaurants/farms in the area at very honest prices) and excellent wines. The villa is perfect for both groups of friends and families! Salvatore is a great host, ask him what you want from your vacation and he will be able to show you the best experiences. Will be back!

Villa Raffaele's Scirocco apartment comes exactly as the description and the photos available on the Airbnb page. The amenities are operational both in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The air conditioning allows, at certain times of the day, to cool the air and thus be able to rest without suffering from the heat. The rooms are very nice and quiet, the kitchen offers cooking and food preservation opportunities, like at home. The views of the terrace, or the rooftop of the villa are beautiful, and we loved getting up in the morning facing the bright blue Ionian sea. It's a great place to recharge peacefully, away from the urban hustle and bustle, in a splendid setting. Access to the sea can be done on foot, crossing a small tunnel under the road, in less than 15 minutes. Nearby businesses, especially on the Botricello side, are plentiful and offer all kinds of food.

Close to many beautiful beaches, the owners recommended a restaurant,and not only that,always very helpful and attentive... highly recommended!! despite there being breakfast included at the bar, they provide a coffee maker on the kitchen peninsula and lots of sweets, you feel at home, absolutely to go back!!! price appropriate to the services offered.. i needed to check out an hour after the allowed , and there was no objection , or absolute availability.

Bruno's apartment is a spacious studio, beautifully renovated, with excellent materials, a nice bright bathroom with a very large shower. In addition to the quality of the apartment, there are also the small "goodies" that make you feel at home, such as water in the fridge, chips and croissants, clean sheets and towels. Great location in Isola di Capo Rizzuto, with many beautiful beaches just a few minutes by car! Bruno was super kind and available throughout our stay, recommending beaches and places to go right away. REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Our stay in Maria's apartment was great, the apartment was clean and there were groceries for breakfast. Maria was very welcoming and available to help us in case of any difficulties. Maria also kept us updated on the events that took place around our apartment. Great location for proximity to both the beach and commercial establishments.

We had a fantastic week at the house. The location is perfectly close to a very nice quiet beach and the view is beautiful. The coast is incredibly beautiful, otherwise it is very quiet in this area. The house was very nice, everything was present and we felt at home there. Henry is a very friendly and helpful host, always available for a chat. Definitely recommended!
