Nestled at 1250 m, in a fully renovated 18th century farmhouse with beautiful amenities (private sauna and Nordic bath). The "Les Dourioux" gîte is a peaceful, spacious and friendly haven. 10 minutes from La Draye (cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding), 35 minutes from the resorts: Les Orres, Crevoux, Réallon. Summer and winter hikes from the house. A place that is both surrounded by nature but close to the amenities of the town of Embrun and Lake Serre-Ponçon (10 minutes), to discover water activities.

Large studio with original and comfortable sleeping area, completely refurbished and very functional. This bright studio is located in a village house close to the church of Crots in the center of the village. You will be quiet and ideally located less than 5mn drive to the beach of "Crots Beach" on the Lac de Serre-ponçon, 20mn to the station of Les Orres and 5mn to Embrun. Close to all water activities of the Lac de Serre-ponçon, mountain sports and the Durance.

Local markets offer fresh and artisanal products, including the Embrun market, which is 7 minutes from the house, and picturesque villages offer a glimpse into the culture and history of the region.

You will stay in the small hamlet of Saint-Jean, in absolute calm, and enjoy a natural garden of 4000 m2 with its torrent and its splendid view. The house offers 2 huge terraces to enjoy the sunsets on Mont Guillaume and the Aiguilles de Chabrières. The 4 bedrooms on 2 levels, the 3 large common areas offer you a rare living space.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
