The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. With glorious views across the fields to see horses, sheep and cattle grazing in the fields beyond. This annexe is quiet, comfortable and secluded, with tea and coffee provisions provided. Swallow Barn is a converted old cow shed on an organic mixed farm that is teeming with both flora and fauna. Great for picturesque walks or a visit to the historic market town of Tetbury or cirencester. A peaceful getaway with occasional noises of farm machinery or farm animals.

There is designated outdoor patio and off-street parking

Situated just 5 minutes drive from historic Malmesbury, a self-contained studio coach house, ideal for exploring the beautiful Cotswolds. The coach house includes a kingsize bed, sofa, TV, Wi-fi and separate shower room. The kitchen area has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and wine cooler. There is a large secluded garden for your own use, seating area and car parking. We are also a 10 minute walk (or a 2 minute car drive) from the popular Horse & Groom Pub.

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
