Décorée avec soin et parfaitement équipée, la Ferme de la Boétie est louée en intégralité. Cette maison de campagne dispose de grands espaces communs (salon, salle à manger, espace TV), de 4 chambres et 3 Sdb. A l'extérieur, profitez du jardin et de la prairie. Au cœur du Parc Naturel Régional du Perche, vous pourrez rayonner selon vos envies (gustatives, brocantes, randonnées, sport, spa…). Capacité d’accueil : 9 adultes, 1 enfant et 3 bébés (lit d'appoint et 3 lits bébés sur demande).

Les beaux jours reviennent avec leurs lots de fleurs dans les haies, d'oiseaux dans les arbres, de vaches et de chevaux dans les champs. Au coeur de la campagne du Pays d'Auge, dans un vaste jardin, "CLAQUE PEPINS" peut accueillir 4 personnes. Une voie verte propice aux balades la borde. Des vélos sont proposés à la location. A 2 km se trouve le village de St Julien le Faucon et ses commerces. A 10 km Livarot, à 15 km Lisieux, à 40 km Cabourg, Deauville, Trouville, à 70 km Omaha Beach.

You can enjoy the fresh air and the calm of unspoiled nature, offering exceptional 360-degree landscapes. However, you also stay there for the comfort and quality of the amenities of this former 18th century farmhouse, completely renovated while respecting its original charm.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Small terraces: one facing south overlooking a sunken path, a cooler back in the middle of the vegetable garden. Horse fields, donkeys + forest nearby. Possibility of renting bicycles on site to visit the manors or old villages nearby. Garage for bicycles.

Our house is in the Normandy countryside, in Le Perche, in nature, close to forests, stud farms, two nautical bases (Soligny-La-Trappe and Mêle-sur-Sarthe), the manors of Perche, a Trappist abbey, and equestrian clubs. You will appreciate this family home for its calm, modern comfort (it has been completely restored) and old charm. The house is perfect for families with children, including babies.
