The place is very cozy, beautiful and clean. Kátia was very flexible and friendly about the arrival time. The parking place is on the street, but as it is a condominium, it is a very quiet and safe place.

I had a great experience with the accommodation offered by Mr. Guilherme. He facilitated my check-in time, the space matches the listing and he was kind during all conversations. I recommend the space for those looking for simplicity and privacy.

Our stay was wonderful. It met our need very well, as we came for a Training Course at ANP and the location is strategic. We divided the 2 bedrooms between 4 people, with 2 in the suite and 2 using the social bathroom, which is in the service area. The house is quite airy and pleasant, dispensing with the need for a fan or air conditioning. The luxury of the house is that the environments are huge for the reality of the Pilot Plan. The TV has all possible channels. The internet signal is a little weak and sometimes it didn't work for video calls. Dona Elza is a phenomenal host, always ready to welcome us and provide information. She welcomed everyone very well, including inviting for meals. Your house is under the accommodation, where we climb the staircase to our home. The cost-benefit and amenities, for us who shared the rent and didn't have much luxury was excellent, could not have been better. I highly recommend it for similar purposes and needs.

Simply one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in. Easy access, a home like ours, super comfortable bed, full kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood. Good for those who need a home office or just to rest. I highly recommend it.

Great option! The property fully matches the listing. Upon arrival, the care with cleaning was noticeable, especially in the bathrooms. Quality linens and utensils available. We can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The property is located in a residential area, with a controlled flow of people and vehicles, without any inconvenience from noise and other excesses. I recommend hosting!!

I stayed 39 days in the Studio, which served me very well. Brumer was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is very pleasant, with plenty of leisure options and restaurants. There is a very affordable laundry in the building. In the evening, it also makes a beautiful sunset. Anyway, I would certainly stay more often.

The apartment had everything I needed and much more. And it has a lovely decor. The shower is electric. I liked the neighbourhood cause it’s quiet and there was a small park for running not far from the house. There are few cafes and many more as well as two supermarkets in a walking distance.

I know the neighborhood and the building. This is the second time I've stayed at Filipe's place, and it really has some unique features that are important to me. They have all the accessories I need, a clear view of the park in front, a high and ventilated floor, a well-divided and comfortable space.
