I stayed in the property for three weeks and the apartment corresponds exactly to the photos, having all the necessary facilities for a longer stay. In addition to the excellent location in SQS, the block has many restaurant and service facilities. The place is safe, arriving or leaving at night by app car, and also wooded and clean, standard of the pilot plan. He intends to go back again and again. Finally, I am very grateful for the flexibility of the check-in, which made my trip much easier.

The apartment is exactly as described, small and practical for a short period. The host is solicitous and responds quickly. The surroundings are quiet and wooded, very pleasant. The neighbor's work only bothered us in the first one, it must be a temporary situation. There are shops around and the ice cream shop/cafeteria on the ground floor is really good. Just be aware that the bakeries/snack bars on the block open later, around 9 a.m. However, walking about 10 minutes there are breakfast options.

The host was super attentive and friendly and greeted us in person, even helping with the luggage. Kind person, responded quickly and the space was exactly as advertised.

Marcos was very attentive. The AP is small, flat type, but perfect for my stay in Brasilia, since I went on business and only stayed for the overnight stays. The Flat is in a hotel, with a gym and, most importantly, a restaurant, where I could dine and have breakfast at a very reasonable price. I recommend it!

We felt at home! Very clean house, we inaugurated the brand new mattress, there was everything we would need to use inside the apartment. Sheila was always helpful in recommending places nearby for us to eat. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the condominium's pool, but it's beautiful and you need to register with the admin to use it. For the laundry sheets, you need to get them from the administration as well. I am sure that when we return to Brasilia, we will stay in this property again. The experience of spending 12 days there in the apartment was excellent. Everything was very organized, bed linen changed after a few days and the host always responded quickly to our questions. I will definitely prioritize staying in this same place when I return to Brasilia. Very well located, close to the ministries esplanade and with gyms, restaurants, pharmacies and market nearby.
