Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and we felt completely at ease throughout our visit. Overall, an excellent experience—we’d gladly come back and highly recommend it to others!

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

Host super friendly and efficient. The villa is really nice with nice furniture and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Helena is one of the friendliest hosts we've ever had. She was always available and more than helpful. She not only provides accommodation but a temporary home. We felt more than comfortable in this dreamy house and had nothing to complain about. The amenities are great, especially the covered outdoor kitchen with grill. A travel cot was provided for our baby and there was a first aid basket with breakfast for us. Through the walled garden, we had a super relaxed time with the dog and without exception everyone had a nice stress-free time. We would come back anytime!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Our vacation in this house was just great. The house is very nice and decorated with a lot of love. The pool is great and is cleaned daily. The terraces offer plenty of space and are all great. The house is exactly as described. All things, such as soap, sponges, oil and much more are new. It all looked like no one had ever been there. Everything was very clean and you feel right at home. Just beautiful. The area is quiet, but you can get everywhere quickly by car. In the village there is a small stand that always has fresh fruit and vegetables. It's worth supporting. But the best part is the landlords. The two take care of everything. They are always ready to give tips and you are also provided with treats in between. They're both super nice. Overall, I highly recommend this place. That was certainly not our last time.

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

We were received very warmly🙏🏼 There are a few apartments for rent, as well as parking for campers. For those who like company, there is a giant table outside where you could spend a nice evening with wine. It has air conditioning, small kitchen and a balcony. Very clean and nicely decorated. It was just beautiful, we would recommend it!

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Pavel’s house on the hill was fabulous. Stunning views with great outdoor eating area and BBQ. The house was full of character, very unusual. Pavel was a great host, and was quick to respond. He went out of his way to help us out. Thank you Pavel.

Gloria and Alen were wonderful hosts! This place is truly exceptional—we loved the style of the house, and it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. We’ll definitely be coming back; it’s earned a spot on our top list!

Loredana is a very nice and helpful host. She takes a lot of time for her guests and is always available for questions. The house is very clean and large, also the private parking is great. She receives one very friendly with drinks and also explains the bus connections nearby and has some tips for things to see in stock. There are also small breakfast snacks for one in the apartment. We felt very comfortable right away and would come back again and again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, well equipped and just as described in the photos, even better. The location was quiet and yet well connected. We especially liked the cozy terrace, the beautiful view, the modern furnishings. The hostess was friendly, helpful and always quickly reachable. Your compliment for us was extremely delicious. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was extremely clean and the large bed was comfortable. There is a nice area for sitting out in the lower garden. The sea view is somewhat misleading. While it is possible to view the sea it can’t be done from the apartment unless you walk across the lower garden. The seaview shown is essentially from SAs parent apartment on the upper floor. That said the garden is a pleasant place to sit out. As others have stated there is a language issue with SAs father but this was easily got round with hand signals etc. He was waiting for our arrival and showed us round the apartment and was pleasant to deal with. He also brought chocolate pancakes one evening. SA was very quick to respond to my queries prior to arrival and offered us the option to arrive early. Overall this is a pleasant place to stay.

Just an absolute dream. For those who like to be alone, rest and not the crowds are looking for an absolute tip. The house has a free parking space. 3 bedrooms, climate,WiFi, fully equipped kitchen and a fantastic terrace overlooking the sea and Piran. There is even a washing machine and an outdoor grill as well as an outdoor shower. It has its own access to the sea. Stairs down and private sea access with a small lying area on the stones. There's even an inlet for a sun umbrella. In the morning, enjoy the coffee on the terrace with a view of Piran and then enjoy the morning mum in the warm and quiet sea. The perfect start before breakfast. Lots of mosquitoes in the evening. Citronella candles or similar are highly recommended. In the storage room there is also a large fridge for larger shopping. Small shop in the village. Lidl, Spar, etc. available 20 minutes in Umag

Olya's Motovun home is a beautiful space located on a quiet pedestrian path, just below a charming church, bell tower, and one of the town's gates. It’s impeccably designed, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend either the entire home - if it suits your party size - or the downstairs apartment.

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

Igor was a very helpful host throughout the holiday. In the absence of fish caught by him, he cooked us sweets. Very convenient access to the sea (rocks), which is beautiful. Beach dedicated exclusively to people staying in the area. Very peaceful area. Only downside: arrive equipped with zampirones and anti-mosquito

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. There was a mix-up at check-in, but Rebecca responded immediately and offered a simple solution. The stay was very pleasant, happy to come again!
