All the comforts of home located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The space was very clean and well maintained. Kimberly was easily accessible. Overall great stay!

Christi kirk the owner was absolutely amazing!!!! You will feel right at home she has a amazing property and takes beautiful care of her homes. The house sets on a beautiful lake and has a hot tub out on the deck. We can not wait to come back and visit

My boyfriend and I picked this place to visit his parents who live in Settlers Rest. This was a very clean and renovated place. Very easy to find and we arrived around 11pm as we drove from PA. Our packet with the key was easy to find and we did not have any issues. There were documents to fill out which I did not know about until I received a call from the office and they were understanding. We also brought our two dog's along and were asked for the vaccine records. I had these with me because my boyfriends parents told me to bring them otherwise I would not have had them. Otherwise everything was great and Kimberly responded quickly to all questions and everyone at the office was very nice. We would stay here again!

Quite, everything was as advertised. Place was new and updated.

Vanessa is the best host anyone could ask for! She is down to earth, friendly, inviting and just a down right sweetheart. We felt very taken care of and it was a joy to stay on her property. She sure knows how to make an occasion feel special!!

House was just as described .we were a group of 8guys on a golf trip and house had enough beds for all. We were only there for 2 nights so we just ate dinner out and just made breakfast and there were enough utensils for that all in all a good place to stay..

We stayed here to be close to family for Christmas. Host decorated the outside for Christmas which was nice. Home was cozy and had everything we needed and more. Host was responsive, kind, and made sure we were comfortable. Very good experience. Will book again!

This stay exceeded our expectations. The cottage was clean and attention to detail was definitely noticed during our stay. Maria was responsive to all of our messages sent and was a great host. We enjoyed our anniversary thoroughly and would stay there again without a doubt. Overall 5 stars.

Peace, tranquility, privacy This place is a treasure. They are preserving some of the old Florida Charm. Not many places left like this Thank you And we plan on returning again soon

Loved it and 100% would stay again. The cottage is as advertised in a beautiful and peaceful complex. Has an awesome little dog park with plentiful outdoor seating and activities. Zenia does well on getting the small details right with the cottages being stocked with everything you’ll need.

We are so happy we chose Dardens cabin as our spot to reset and relax. We work a lot and rarely get a chance to take time for ourselves and we were definitely due. My favorite part was being able to sit in the screened in patio, read a book and enjoy the beautiful nature outside while my boyfriend cooked on the grill. This place did exactly what we needed it to do and would definitely come back again.

A cute cottage. We felt comfortable and safe. The keurig and coffee pods were a nice touch. We enjoyed our coffee on the screened back porch.

Our 2nd one month stay at this lovely cottage. It's an excellent location on a channel to access Lake Henderson. Perfect for bass fishing. The home is clean and comfortable. It's spacious and was perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen is organized and well stocked . We enjoyed the patio, particularly the newly installed gazebo which provided shade during sunny days. The view from the patio is relaxing and perfect for sunrises. Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It's an easy 3 mile ride down 44 sidewalk to get to the Withlachoochee Bike Trail. Spent many hours fishing. Every Monday we'd make the the 45 minute drive to the Webster Flea Market (excellent stop for produce) then stop for lunch at Big Bass Grill on Lake Panasoffkee. Easy drive to Winn Dixie. Would absoulutely stay again,

Peaceful, quiet location. Had everything we needed for our stay. Even though it’s right on their private property, we had our privacy. On top of everything, we made friends with a goat.😍

I booked Christine’s place for me and my friend to unplug from our busy lives for a couple of days. The beautiful lake, abundant wildlife, peaceful back porch and easy kayak launch were all we needed to recharge. We would love to visit again!

House was exactly as described. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, right on the river. Everything was clean, although the floor in the bedroom was a bit dirty with dust bunnies and dirt. Sam went out of his way to get new furniture for the screened in porch, super comfy. We ate every meal out there listening to the birds, watching the fish jumping, and enjoying our visit from a Blue Heron. We would definitely come back if we were ever in the area.

This cottage was a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful, natural scenery. It’s incredibly quiet and relaxing—perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy some time in nature. Bird watchers will especially appreciate this spot; we saw a variety of birds right outside our door. The small farm setting was charming, with a few horses and chickens adding to the peaceful atmosphere. It’s also a great place if you're traveling with pets—plenty of open space and a safe, welcoming environment. The host was fantastic—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. All in all, a serene getaway that we’d happily return to.

I don't know where to begin! This home is perfect for a getaway. It's cute, comfortable, in a nice quiet neighborhood and has the private dock. We were there almost two weeks and I could have stayed longer. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch and out on the dock to do some fishing and just take in the local nature. Julie made recommendations on things to do in the area. Inverness is a very nice little city with about anything you can think of to do, not to mention the things to do within 30-60 mins. My bottom line is I highly recommend staying here! I bet you'll feel just like we did when we left.. sad it was time to go. But we will be back! :) Five star host!

Charming and comfortable. Lots of attention to detail in the tasteful decorating. Has every convenience needed for a pleasant stay. Great location for walking to the town center. Stacey was very responsive to my special needs. Excellent host and lovely property. Surely will stay again when in town.
